〇Match Report
The 2nd Round, which is the second consecutive match, kicked off at K's denki Stadium Mito at 13:20, just like yesterday.
Yesterday, we were able to secure a big lead and achieve victory, but we want to tighten our spirits and fight again.
【First half】
Both teams start the game by using long balls to compete for control.
Among them, Fukagawa gradually increased his possession rate, but Avispa's midfield defense was tight, making it difficult to enter the penalty area.
Captain Tokiwa, who received the ball in the center in the 12th minute, dribbled and took a middle shot.
When they go out of bounds, they create a rhythm, and Aoki and Nozawa effectively break through the space behind the opponent's defense and start creating chances.
In the 19th minute, Anzai received the ball on the right side and swung his left foot after dribbling, but the defender blocked it.
The persistent offensive pressure paid off in the 34th minute, as Yasuzaki, who received a vertical pass from Sakuma in the center, shook off the opposing defender with a combination play with Aoki and took a shot.
Riku NOZAWA scores the opening goal by pushing in the ball that the opponent GK failed to clear.
After that, the DF maintained a high level of concentration and prevented the opponent from creating scoring opportunities, leading the game 1-0 at halftime.
【Second half】
Fukagawa, who attacked aggressively from the start, had Nozawa approaching the opponent's goal in the 42nd and 53rd minutes.
In addition, in the 56th minute, Anzai broke through to a deep position in the opponent's territory and passed to Aoki, who took a shot that was blocked by the opponent's goalkeeper.
DF's own reaction to this blocked ball prevents them from scoring an additional point.
Aoki reacted to Anzai's loose ball from the shot in the 59th minute, but it hit the crossbar.
Avispa Fukuoka increases ball possession when unable to score decisive opportunities, and a difficult situation arises in the 66th minute.
If a FK is given near our own penalty area, GK Kumagai boldly punches to clear when a high-precision cross comes in.
Reacting without giving any chance to the opponent even on this second ball, and not allowing them to score.
After overcoming the pinch, immediately after that, the ball hit the hand of the opposing DF who responded inside the PA, and a penalty kick was awarded.
However, we were unable to score an additional point as the opponent's GK blocked this penalty kick.
The game heated up even more in the 70th minute, as Aoki controlled the opponent's clearance ball with his chest in the chaotic battle in front of the opponent's goal and struck it with his left foot, scoring the long-awaited additional point.
Furthermore, in the 74th minute, Ryo AOKI dribbled past the defenders and passed the ball to Yasuzaki, who was left unmarked in front of the goal, and he smoothly put it into the net, making it 3-0.
The defense also maintained their concentration until the end and kept a clean sheet until the end of the game.
The game was a challenge, as it was a consecutive match and also coming off a victory the previous day, but we were able to secure a win without giving any opportunities.
To advance in the single-elimination tournament, I want to strengthen myself during the period until the next match and fight with all my might in each battle.
