○Match Report
【Challenge to the next stage】
In the opening match, we suffered a goal in additional time, starting with a loss for the third consecutive year in the Takamori Cup U-18 Soccer League 2017 Premier League EAST.
This round, many players will be accompanying the U-23 team due to overlapping matches, and the lineup has changed since the previous round.
Coach Sato said, "There are players who are stepping onto the Premier League pitch for the first time, but let's keep challenging. Let's focus on each situation, especially set plays and winning second balls, and fight." He encouraged the players and sent them onto the pitch.

【First Half】
Many players are making their Premier League debut, resulting in a rather solid start with difficulties in connecting passes.
In addition, the wind is strong, and it is a difficult time as the ball cannot be carried as desired.
In the midst of that, Urawa launched attacks from the side and pushed several times towards the goal, but showed a solid defense centered around Shinohara and the Hasegawa center-back.
As the game passed the 15-minute mark, Yokoyama, Imamura, and others started to gradually settle down and press high up the field, preventing Urawa from finding their rhythm.
In the 17th minute, Yokoyama unexpectedly took a long shot after stealing the ball from that press, making it the first shot.
Imamura, who took advantage of the opponent's pass mistake in the 25th minute, dribbled and took a shot. The opponent's goalkeeper managed to touch it, but unfortunately it hit the post.
After that, the back and forth in the midfield continued, and it seemed like the first half would end like this. However, in the 43rd minute, the ball was stolen on the right side and cleverly combined in the center, resulting in a goal against.
Conceded an early goal in an unpleasant moment and ended the first half.

【Halftime】
Coach Sato
"Let's each take more initiative. And let's pick up more second balls. In the second half, we'll be playing with the wind at our backs, so let's be mindful of the wind and give it our all."

【Second half】
Due to the influence of the wind, we have been continuously pushed back by the opponent since the start.
To break this flow, Sugiyma was substituted for Imamura in the 54th minute. As a result, the rhythm of the attack gradually improved.
As instructed by Coach Sato, Haga on the left side dribbles and creates opportunities, while Yoshida and Sugiyama make runs behind to unsettle the opponents.
In the 65th minute, Haga broke through on the left side and connected with precise passes before taking a shot from an unfavorable angle.
Although blocked by the opponent, we steadily bring the game under our control.
And in the 70th minute, a free kick was awarded in the center. Hitada sent a perfect ball to the center, and Yokoyama firmly headed it in to score the equalizing goal.
Tokyo, which is now completely riding on momentum, creates opportunities with Hata, Kobayashi (Shin) joining the attack, and bold moves from Fukiya and Haga who came on as substitutes.
Urawa also threatens Tokyo's goal with a short counterattack, but they do not allow any goals with their dedicated defense.
The goalkeeper Takase also actively prevents repeated pinches by jumping out to catch the cross balls that the opponent sends up.
In the 90+1 minute, Hiroshi KOBAYASHI, who received the ball on the left side at a Tokyo pace, lifted a gentle cross to the center.
Sugiyama, who was waiting there, headed the ball while moving back a little.
The ball is slowly sucked into the Urawa goal, a long-awaited comeback goal.
Sugiyama heads towards the Tokyo bench where other players are waiting, and receives congratulations from everyone.
At the 90+3 minute mark, it seemed like the game was going to end as it is, but we gave the opponent a corner kick. However, in the end, Takase made a bold jump and caught the ball firmly, and the game ended.
Many players, including those making their Premier League debut, were delighted with the victory they achieved together and expressed their joy explosively.

Thank you very much for your warm support to the players today.
