Notes
- One course membership is available per person.
- Please note that you cannot join Big Frame Premium by ranking up.
- If you upgrade from regular membership to join the Big Frames, please note that you will receive one complimentary ticket for all seat types.
- J.League ID is required when joining. Also, one J.League ID is required per person. (Multiple memberships cannot be registered with one J.League ID.)
- You can obtain one J-League ID per email address. (Please note that you cannot register multiple J-League IDs with one email address.)
- Those who apply by January 5, 2025 (Sunday) will have their membership cards and benefits sent out in early February. Applications made after that will be shipped sequentially starting in late February. Additionally, the coupon codes (serial keys) for ticket discount coupons and invitation tickets for all seat types will be available for confirmation on your My Page after February (the specific date will be announced later).
- Your registration information at the time of application will be the same as your J-League ID registration information. If either one is changed, the other registration information will also be updated.
- If you change your registered address after applying, please do not change it on the My Page until you receive your membership card. Please contact the OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP office by email (Contact: membership@fctokyo.co.jp) until you receive your membership card.
- Various membership benefits will be available for use from the point of completion of payment.
- Please note that if you use a membership benefit ticket discount coupon or an all-ticket invitation ticket to obtain tickets and do not attend, you will not be able to use the right again at another game.
- Discount sales at special member prices are limited to 4 tickets per person per game.
- If you apply together with SOCIO, you can also apply at the same time on the SOCIO membership page.
- Please note that there is a limited number of membership benefits available, so please understand in advance.
- Please note that membership benefits such as discounted tickets or invitations for all ticket types cannot be used for sold-out matches. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please note that the membership benefits of discounted ticket coupons or all-ticket invitation tickets may not be available for certain matches. Thank you for your understanding.
- Please use the membership benefits ticket discount coupon and all ticket types invitation ticket within this season as they cannot be carried over to the following year.
- If you wish to change your reserved seat, the payment for the ticket fee will be calculated as "the price of the seat after the change" - "the amount paid when the seat was originally reserved". Please note that if you use a ticket discount coupon or an invitation ticket for all ticket types as a membership benefit and change the reserved seat, the discount amount will not be included in the "amount paid when the seat was originally reserved", so the discount amount will not be deducted from the price of the seat after the change.
- Membership benefits are subject to change, so please be aware of this in advance.
Automatic Renewal
We will implement automatic renewal for membership for the 2025 season.
Please note that the automatic renewal confirmation period varies depending on the course.

For those who have chosen automatic renewal for the 2024 season, we will send you an email with information on the registration change period, so please check it.
If you wish to cancel the automatic renewal, please proceed with the changes to your registration during the designated period.
We will implement automatic renewal for membership for the 2025 season.
For those who selected automatic renewal upon joining the 2024 season, automatic renewal will be implemented.
Changes can be made from Dec 3, 2024 (Tue) 12:00 to Dec 15 (Sun) 23:59.
If you do not wish to continue automatically, please complete the cancellation procedure within the above period.
Additionally, you can choose automatic renewal for membership for the 2026 season when applying for the 2025 season.
If you wish, please select "Automatic Renewal" when applying.
