I think the players from Juntendo University fought with great passion. It's a very frustrating loss to lose to college students for the first time in my coaching career, and it's also a painful realization of my own powerlessness that we couldn't deliver a victory to the fans and supporters who came to the game during the COVID-19 pandemic.

I thought there was something infinite to gain if we won. I understood my position in a serious match. The players said that even if we lost, there was nothing to lose, so it was good that we were able to do it without giving up.
There is a university league, but there is also the Levain Cup in the J-League.
I think it will be a confidence boost for the future that we were able to win among the top players who were talking about letting the real top players play in the game.
