[Player and Coach Comments]

《Akihiro HAYASHI Player》
Looking back on the match, we felt that we were playing really good football in the first half. However, we felt that the style of play changed a bit and became more cautious from the middle of the match. If we can play the same way in the second half as we did in the first half, I think it will become a source of fear for the opponent. If we can continue to develop this style of football, I believe we can reach another level as a team.

How do you feel about this result against a team competing for the top?
"I think it was good that we didn't lose and didn't have a losing streak. The match against Kashiwa was a feeling of losing without being able to do anything, and it was a game that I personally regret. I want to take today's result as a process for the next match to go higher and train hard from now on."

Kensuke NAGAI
(Looking back at the goal)
"Ryoichi-san flicked it well for me, and I could see that the goalkeeper's position was forward. So I thought, should I just shoot and finish it?"

(He said that it is important to move like that behind before the match?)
"By running behind, I was able to pull the opponent and create space for players like Kato-san and Ryoichi-san to receive the ball in the first half. I had the intention to attack the opponent's back, and I was able to execute it well, resulting in a goal that matched my imagination."

(Regarding the result of earning 1 point away)
"After conceding a goal, it became difficult to attack, and there were also many parts where we were helped by Aki-kun in the end, so we want the attacking unit to be able to score additional goals firmly."

(Personally, is this your first goal in the league?)
"Yes, it is. I'm relieved to have scored."

"Summary of Yoshiyuki SHINODA's press conference"
"I think we were able to find Kobe's spaces well from the start and progress the game. I feel that the game went as expected until the opponent changed their system to 4-4-2. After scoring, it became a game where we didn't take advantage of chances such as a second or third goal in the first half, or the start of the second half, and I don't know what will happen if we don't finish them. There are still many simple mistakes and moments where we lose the ball, so I want to switch my mindset and prepare for the next game with everyone, while carefully determining whether it's an individual mistake or the surroundings, and what kind of support I should provide."

《Q&A》
Q=Regarding the benchwork in the second half
"Changing the system, preparing for the side players to take higher positions, we have been gradually doing it in every game, but we wanted (Peter) Utaka and Ryoichi (Maeda) to be supported by Shoya (Nakajima) and Yoshito (Okubo) as shadows around them, and go on the attack. By doing that, the game became open like that. We also went for goals, and Kobe came for goals too. There were some open and sloppy parts, but it was impressive, and we need to be more aggressive and increase the work of scoring goals."

"Summary of Kobe NELSINHO Coach's Press Conference"
"I think the first half was good, but we couldn't bring out the intensity we were looking for, especially in terms of defensive strength in the ball contest. We let the opponent have the ball from there and as a result, we gave them space. In the second half, we talked about it at halftime and the players strengthened their press from the front, which allowed us to also induce mistakes from the opponent and bring the flow of the game. There were many chances in that flow, but we couldn't convert them into goals. However, if we only look at the second half, I think it became a big game for both teams. Since we couldn't score, the game ended in a 1-1 draw."

《Q&A》
Q: Is the 1-1 draw in a match between top teams seen as a positive outcome?
"Although the numbers may not be positive, it was positive in terms of the players who played seeking victory from start to finish. In the second half, everyone played with courage, determination, and concentration, and I think they played to win until the end."
