[Player and Coach Comments]

"Kosuke OTA player"

"Kawasaki was strong... It's frustrating, but to be honest, that's my impression."
To some extent, I expected to be dominated by the ball, so it is not unexpected in that regard.
Among them, we created opportunities from counters and set plays.
We were able to penetrate deep into the opponent's territory several times, including the sides, but we couldn't capitalize on those opportunities.
It is not just today, but also a challenge throughout the season.

Although we scored the opening goal, there is always a sense of "something happening" even if we concede a goal in every "Tamagawa Clasico" match. Today, there was also that kind of atmosphere, so we tried to recover... However, we couldn't catch up in the first half, and we conceded the second goal at the beginning of the second half and couldn't recover. I think there were differences not only in the final accuracy with Kawasaki, but also in various aspects.
It's frustrating, but I want to acknowledge that it has contributed to our growth.

Although it is disappointing that our goal of reaching the ACL as a team has disappeared and we no longer have a target, I believe this season was more positive compared to the previous one.
There is one more game left. I want to win and finish with even a little growth."

Diego OLIVEIRA
"We were able to continue winning in a good form until the middle of the season."
I apologize for not being able to win particularly at home in the second half.
As an individual and as a team, there should be various reflections, but even during the period when we couldn't win, there were many good games. It is most regrettable that we couldn't produce results in those games.

(Did Kashiwa's demotion to J2 get decided?)
"I had many teammates I played with, so it's unfortunate.
But I think they can make a comeback in one year.
I will consider my contract after the end of the season.
"Now, I am focused on the Urawa game and only thinking about ending it in a good way as a member of Tokyo."

"Summary of Tokyo Hasegawa Kenta Coach Press Conference"

"The champion was indeed strong."
Even though I have been watching Kawasaki's recent games, I thought it was inevitable to be slightly dominated in the first half and I wanted to find an opportunity to win in the second half. However, if I say that too much, it will be too defensive and the position to steal the ball will drop, so I wanted to avoid that.
We conceded a goal due to a mistake, and the first half progressed with the opponent having a comfortable lead.
The players fought to keep the fewest goals conceded and bet on the second half.
Although we conceded a goal first in the second half, it was a situation where if we could score one goal, we could shift the momentum in our favor.
As expected, it was difficult to break through when the opponent created a defensive block in the final form.

This team did not have the power to score against the opponents they drew this season.
I also worked on various things after summer, but in the second half, there were many instances where we couldn't overcome the opponents who were playing defensively, which resulted in unfavorable outcomes.
We need to further enhance the team's strength.
There is no doubt that chances have increased.
The team has grown since the first half, but lacked the power to push through until the end.
"I want to finish the final match in a higher position, even if it's just one."

"Summary of Kawasaki Toru ONIKI's Press Conference"

"I want to express my sincere gratitude to the Tokyo supporters, Kawasaki supporters, and everyone who has created such a great stadium atmosphere."
In that, we trained for these two weeks with the idea of playing our own style of football. Throughout the first and second halves, there were some difficult moments, especially in the second half, but we believe that we were able to overcome them. Including the fact that we ended with a score of zero, I think we played a really good game."

Q=In the previous match, although we won the championship, it was decided by a defeat. After that, you mentioned that you wanted to make the remaining matches meaningful. How would you evaluate today's match in that sense? Also, Tanaka Aoi started for the first time, could you please give your evaluation of him?

"First of all, it was a victory in the midst of defeat in the previous match, so I feel really disappointed. However, with only two matches left, we can show our football. This year, there are only those two matches left, so we wanted to show that kind of determination on the pitch. In that sense, in terms of defense, they went forward firmly, and in terms of attack, they came out strongly when they had the chance. In that sense, I think they played the kind of football that is characteristic of us. Regarding Aoi Tanaka, he has been training as if he could have a chance not only in these past two weeks but throughout the year. In that regard, he showed on the pitch what he usually does and played with confidence, so I think it was really good."
