"FC Tokyo U-23 Tetsu NAGASAWA Coach Press Conference Summary"
(Looking back on the match)
I am truly grateful to the fans and supporters who came to support the U-23 team on the same day as the J1 match was held.
I am very sorry that we couldn't win at the same time.
The game started with conceding a goal from the opponent's long ball, which was handled by four players and ended up being a loose start. Then, we conceded another goal with the second shot, and I think that was the turning point. After that, we tried to recover and had some chances, but we couldn't convert them into goals. In the end, we were caught by a set piece and conceded the third goal, which is commonly known as "if you can't score, you will be scored against." I think it was a game that followed the established pattern.
I went up to 3 to 2, but as I mentioned before, if I keep getting hit and forced to lift my face, it will be slow.
U-23 is supposed to be a place where youthfulness is used to aggressively fight, but I regret that I made them play in a way that made them feel a little overwhelmed.
However, it is a fact that we have also done things without giving up and catching up, so we want to correct the way we enter the game and send as many capable individuals as possible to the top team.
