"FC Tokyo U-23 Tetsu Nagasawa Coach Press Conference Summary"
I am grateful to the over 1800 customers who attended today's match.
In the end, it turned out to be a match where we were defeated by Kitakyushu in the opening game of this season, just like we were scored against first and had additional points taken away from us towards the end.
I feel a little wasteful, but we are starting to be able to compete with 16 and 17 year old players.
However, we need to learn how to turn games like today's into victories, rather than just saying "well done".
The players were encouraged to accept today's result and stay positive.

There was not much opportunity to score in today's match.
The forward players were too focused on wanting to score, which made their movements limited and their decision-making poor.
Passing the ball will always come back, and sacrificing movement is also important.
I think that by repeating such plays, it will lead to goals, so I told the forward players to not only focus on scoring but also to make various movements.

The situation is such that the results are not coming easily, but in the next match, we will be facing the top-ranked Gunma, so I want to fight hard and win.
