All customers who purchased via QR ticket (paid) will be refunded via Postal Transfer Payment Certificate.
※You cannot watch the substitute game with your QR ticket.If you wish to watch the game, please purchase it again.
※There will be no mailing of postal transfer payment certificates to those who have applied for an invitation QR ticket.

A postal transfer payment certificate will be sent to therepresentative. Please proceed with the refund process at your nearestpost office. Please note that due to the impact of other canceled performances and events, it may take approximately 2 to 3 months to send thepostal transfer payment certificate. We appreciate your understanding.

[Expiration Date]
The expiration date of the postal transfer payment certificate is 6 months from the date of issue stated on the certificate.

[Receiving Method]
Direct pick-up at the post office by the customer.
If there is a signature and seal of the agent's name and the principal (customer) on the back of the certificate, it is possible for the agent to receive it at the post office.
Please refer to the Japan Post Bank website for the necessary procedures.
※The postal transfer payment certificate will be delivered in a green envelope from the Postal Savings Administration Center.
