FC Tokyo will be holding the "Adult Futsal Class (Male and Female Super Beginner Class)" and the "Over 50 & Women Only Futsal Class" in January 2021, due to popular demand. The venue will be the "Kodaira Citizen's General Gymnasium".
Both want to kick the ball! Want to learn the basics of futsal! Want to enjoy futsal! This is a futsal class for absolute beginners.

*This beginner class is for those who have never experienced or learned soccer or futsal before. Please refrain from joining if you have experience in soccer or futsal.
"Over 50 & Women's Only Futsal Class"
※The Over 50 class is for men aged 50 and above. All skill levels are welcome, and participants will enjoy playing futsal together. This class is designed to be relaxed and easy, so please refrain from joining if you are looking for a more competitive experience.
※The women-only class is open to anyone over 18 years old, but for those over 50, training and games will be separated by gender, although the content will be the same.

・Warm-up (We will loosen our body and mind while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (We will do the basics = stop, kick, and carry)
・Training 2 (We will apply what we did in Training 1)
・Game (for small numbers, 5vs5, etc.)
※This is a beginner-friendly class for those over 50, so the main focus is on basic training. Even those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.

※Payment for participation
・Payment for participation will be made on the day of the event at the venue: First Gymnasium Floor (FC Tokyo Staff) by cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are available for use.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Friday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

・Regarding shoes, please wear indoor shoes (with black soles, no training shoes or spikes). You will not be able to participate if you do not wear indoor shoes, so please understand. It is preferable to wear indoor futsal shoes (with non-marking flat soles) if possible.
・Please cooperate with us in disinfecting the soles of your shoes at the reception.
・We are preparing the ball here.
