For those who have won, we will deliver a video message and a signed colored paper from your desired player. Additionally, the player will answer the questions you provided at the time of application in the video message.

Children who are members of the 2021 Club Support Member U-18 and parents who are members at the regular level or above.

・Please log in to the dedicated form below and enter your U-18 membership number and your regular or above membership number.
※Please apply with a regular or higher level member and a U-18 member as a pair.
※For siblings, multiple U-18 members can apply as one group for every adult member.
・Please select your desired player when applying.
・Please write down the questions you want to ask the desired player in the question field. The player will answer them in the video.
※There are no specific restrictions on the content of the questions, but please ask within the range that the player can answer.
