[6/29 Update] Notice regarding ticket refund method for 5/1 (Sat) Yokohama FM match

The refund deadline is until tomorrow, June 30 (Wed).
Please complete the necessary procedures as soon as possible if you have not done so already.
Please note that we cannot assist you after the refund period has passed. Thank you for your understanding in advance.

Note: For those who have purchased QR tickets and have not yet completed the procedure, a refund notification email will be sent again around June 24 (Thu) from the address "refundss@pia.co.jp".
Please check the following "A. [Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)] for those who have purchased QR tickets" for the content of the submission.

In addition, those who purchase paper tickets at the ticket counter and those who have pair seats, if you have not yet received your ticket, please be sure toobtain your ticket at the store today.

Based on the government's declaration of a state of emergency and the J-League's policy on holding matches, we would like to inform you about the refund process for tickets for the Yokohama F.Marinos match on May 1 (Sat), which will be held as a remote match (without spectators).

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have purchased tickets in anticipation of the match. We kindly ask for your understanding.
※All purchased paid tickets and parking tickets are eligible for refund. Please check here for ticket handling.

Refunds for customers who have purchased QR tickets will be processed by PIA Corporation, which operates J-League tickets, using the remittance service of Wellnet Corporation.
Please confirm the preparation and procedure before the start of the refund, and complete the procedure by the refund deadline. Thank you for your cooperation.

<Procedures before receiving refund notification email>
1. Please configure your settings to receive emails from the address "refundss@pia.co.jp".
Reception start date Jun 1 (Tue) 10:00 onwards We will send you information about the refund procedure in order to "refundss@pia.co.jp" to the email address registered with J-League ID.
We will send the corresponding customers in order, so in some cases, the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date of reception. Please note in advance. Please set up so that you can receive the notification email, such as releasing the domain.
※Please release the blocking setting if you are unable to receive emails with URLs.
※There is a possibility that it may be automatically sorted into spam mail on the mail server. Please also check if you have a separate folder as there is a possibility that it is stored in a folder other than the one normally used, such as spam mail.
※If you have not received a refund notification email by Jun 2 (Wed), we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us here.
Please include your J-League ID/User ID (required for refunds), match date, and match card when contacting us.
Customer inquiries will be responded to sequentially between 11:00 and 17:00 on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and holidays such as Bon and New Year's).
※Please refer to the "2. Guide to the necessary ID and password for refunds" below for your user ID (required for refunds). If you are unsure, please indicate so.


Regarding the procedures after receiving the notification email
Please check the two refund-related emails that will be sent.
First notification: Notice of required ID and password for refund (see below for 2. Guide to required ID and password for refund)
Second notification: Notice of URL for refund procedure (see below for 3. Guide to refund procedure URL)


2. Guide to the ID and password required for refunds
Once the refund is ready, we will send you an email to the registered email address of your J-League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp" with the ID and password required for the refund.
※The ID and password required for refunds will only be valid for this time. Please note that you cannot log in with a J.League ID.
※If you purchase multiple tickets, you will be issued an ID and password for each purchase.
※Please note that if you enter your login ID or password incorrectly 3 times, your account will be locked.

3. Information on the refund procedure URL
After receiving the ID related to the refund, a URL for the refund procedure will be sent from "refundss@pia.co.jp".


4. Please log in to the refund-only URL and register the account information for the refund destination.
"2. Instructions for the necessary ID and password for refunds" Please log in with the ID and password that you have already received in the "2. Instructions for the necessary ID and password for refunds" section, and register the account information for the refund destination.
※ Please make sure there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" or "transfer destination account".
※If the deadline for the procedure has passed, we may not be able to process the refund. Please make sure to complete the procedure within the deadline.


5. Please confirm your deposit.
"After logging in to the refund-only URL, please register the account information of the refund destination at the bank account you registered at "4. Please deposit the amount of the purchased ticket price to the bank account."
If you complete the procedure by 8:50 to 14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedure is completed outside of that time frame, the transfer will be made on the next business day.

Customers who purchased tickets at the store (Seven-Eleven) can receive a refund by bringing the ticket to the register at the store where it was issued.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is written on the lower part of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not possible.)

Please issue a ticket at the store if you have not yet issued it by credit card payment.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 on the day following ticket issuance.
※Please note that we cannot refund tickets without a stub.
※Refundable items include ticket price, system usage fee, and ticket issuing fee.
※Please note that the payment handling fee is not eligible for refund.
