(1) "Learn about your body! Body composition measurement"
Using a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody), we will measure your muscle mass and body fat. Based on the measured values, we will provide you with an advice sheet on how to manage your weight and body composition for maintaining and improving your health.


(2) "Athlete Challenge! Physical Fitness Test"
We will conduct a vertical jump test. Let's compare the athlete's numbers and find out our own physical fitness!
