The refund period is until Dec 24 (Fri) 23:59. If you exceed the refund period, the right to a refund will expire and it will be treated as a refusal of refund.
If you wish to receive a refund, please be sure to complete the procedure within the deadline.Due to accounting reasons, we cannot accept refund requests after the deadline, so please understand in advance.



Thank you very much for your support and encouragement to FC Tokyo on a daily basis.
Although the 2021 season is not yet over, we have determined the number of restricted matches for the 2021 season's home games. Therefore, we would like to inform you that we will refund the annual tickets as follows:

Refund Period
Nov 16 (Tue) - Dec 24 (Fri) 23:59
※Refund start time will be sequentially delivered by email from the morning, and it is scheduled to be completed by November 16 (Tue) for those who are eligible.
※Refund procedures are available until Dec 24 (Fri) 23:59. Please note that if the deadline is exceeded, it will be considered as forfeiture of rights and refusal of refund.

Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
We will send you the necessary email for the procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp" starting from 10:00 on Nov 16 (Tue) sequentially. Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
Please note that the URL provided will be different for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make any mistakes when proceeding with the procedure.
※Sent to the registered email address as of Oct 29 (Fri).
※If you have set up your domain, please make sure to unblock emails from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
※Please also check your spam folder as the email may be delivered there.

About Login ID and Password
The Login ID is set as "to (lowercase half-width) + your SOCIO number".
(Example) If the SOCIO number is 00000 → to00000
The password is set to "the postal code (without hyphen) of your registered address as of Oct 29 (Fri)".
(Example) In the case of postal code 182-0034 → 1820034
※If you enter your login ID or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, please contact us by filling out the necessary information in the "Inquiry about Refunds" section.

[Step 2]
Please register the refund destination account information after logging in.
Please register the information of the refund destination account for the refund of the annual ticket on the page after logging in. Please make sure there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" and "transfer destination account".
※The deadline for procedures is Dec 24 (Fri) 23:59.

[Step 3]
Please confirm your deposit.
Weekdays from 8:50 to 14:30, if you complete the procedure up to step 2, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedure is completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
※ If there is an error in the "bank transfer destination account" or similar, you will receive a request email to re-register the account information, so please proceed with the account information registration again.

(Please include your "SOCIO number" and "notification of email non-receipt" in the question content with the subject "FC Tokyo refund").

To everyone who declined the annual ticket refund
We would like to express our sincere gratitude for choosing to decline the refund.
There is no application for the donation deduction from the Sports Agency that was established as a special measure for the 2020 season in the 2021 season. Therefore, please understand that we will not send a certificate of refund refusal to those who have declined the refund.
Also, please note that those who have chosen to decline the refund will not receive the "refund email" mentioned above, so please understand this as well.
