In December 2021, we will be conducting the "Adult Soccer School (Beginner Class & Advanced Class)".
The venue will be "Marui Kichijoji Store Rooftop Futsal Court (Captain Tsubasa Stadium Kichijoji)".
[Beginner Class]
This is a class where beginners and women can participate with peace of mind.
I want to have fun moving my body! I want to have fun playing soccer! This class is recommended for those who want to learn the basic skills of soccer at a relaxed pace.
This is for those who have never had any soccer experience or have never learned it before, and for those who have learned it but want to enjoy playing soccer.
[Advanced Class]
This is a recommended class for those who have experience in soccer and want to further learn about soccer skills improvement and tactical knowledge.
This is for those who have experience in sports and regularly play soccer and are familiar with the movements.
Experience the fun of soccer with the coaches and let's move our bodies together!

For male and female soccer beginners aged 18 and above / Capacity: 16 people

For men and women aged 18 and above with soccer experience (those who are competitive) / Capacity: 16 people

□Reception hours
19:40～19:55
※Please pay the participation fee during the reception hours.
※If you arrive early, please wait outside the court instead of inside to avoid causing inconvenience to the soccer school. Please come to the rooftop during reception hours.
□Course Introduction
We will proceed with each course as follows.
Beginner Class
・Warm-up (loosening the body and mind while communicating with everyone)
・Training 1 (based on stopping, kicking, and carrying)
・Training 2 (applying what was done in Training 1)
・Game (with fewer players, such as 5vs5)
※The Beginner Class is a class for beginners and women, so the main focus is on basic exercises. Even those who are kicking a ball for the first time or have never exercised before can participate with peace of mind.
＜Advanced Class＞
・Warm-up (We will engage in communication while preparing our bodies and minds, leading to Training 1)
・Training 1 (Basics = stopping, kicking, carrying ~ Advanced = performing basics in situations with opponents or teammates)
・Training 2 (We will perform practical exercises that are closer to the game by applying what we did in Training 1)
・Game (5vs5, etc.)
□Coaching Staff (Holding License)
Will be conducted with a basic two-person system.
・Ryu Uchiyama (Expected to obtain JFA Official Class C and JFA Official Class B in soccer)
※Usually in charge of soccer schools (FC Tokyo Chofu Tobitakyu School (Mon, Wed, Thu), Kichijoji School (Tue), Fukagawa School (Fri)).
・Hiroki Sakurazawa (Expected to obtain JFA Official Class C and JFA Official Class B in soccer)
※Usually in charge of soccer schools (FC Tokyo Fuchu School (Sun/Thu), Kichijoji School (Tue), Kokubunji School (Wed), Kodaira Tenjin School (Fri).
・Other FC Tokyo Promotion Department Coaches
(Please note that the assigned coach may change depending on the schedule.)
□Participation Fee
2,200 yen per class (including insurance, tax included)
・The participation fee will be paid on the day of the event at the venue (FC Tokyo staff) by cashless payment. Credit cards and transportation electronic money are available for use.
・In case of cancellation, please be sure to contact the school office by phone by 17:00 the day before (Monday).
※If you cancel after 17:00 the day before, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful. In addition, if you are absent without notice, you may be refused in the future when you are selected by lottery. The cancellation fee will be paid at the next participation.

※If there are many applications, participants will be selected by lottery. The lottery results will be sent to you by email by the following Tuesday after the deadline.

＜About waiting for cancellation＞
If you have requested to be on the waiting list among those who were not selected in the lottery, we will conduct another lottery here only when there is a cancellation and contact the winners by phone.
□Facility usage
・We will check your health status, including measuring your temperature at the reception.
・Everyone is requested to wear a mask at the reception. Wearing a mask during play is optional.
・Please disinfect your hands at the reception.
※You will not be allowed to enter if any of the following apply:
・If you have a fever
・If you are feeling unwell (e.g., cough, sore throat, taste symptoms, etc.)
・If there are suspected infected individuals among your family or close acquaintances
□Other
・Please be sure to bring your own drinks. If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself. In that case, please be sure to contact us.
・Regarding shoes, please wear athletic shoes or training shoes. Spikes are strictly prohibited.
・We will disinfect the soles of your shoes at the reception, so please cooperate.
・The changing room is located on the 5th floor of Marui Kichijoji. When using the lockers, please maintain distance to avoid close contact with others, and refrain from conversation with other users.
・We will provide the balls, so you do not need to bring your own.
・Please be aware that images from this event may be published in various advertising media, including the FC Tokyo website that introduces FC Tokyo's activities.
・The personal information we collect may be used to provide information related to FC Tokyo.
・We kindly ask for your cooperation in not inquiring about this matter with the facility.
