Former Tokyo Governor Shintaro Ishihara passed away on Feb 1, 2022 (Tue). Our thoughts and prayers are with him.

Mr. Shintaro Ishihara has been involved with FC Tokyo in various ways, such as giving a speech at the opening ceremony of Tokyo Stadium in 2001 and paying a courtesy visit during the FC Tokyo U-15 Musashi's trip to Germany in 2006 (winners of the Berlin Youth Soccer Tournament).
