In games during the COVID-19 pandemic, in addition to the J.League's common spectator manners and rules, we will also be following the "J League's COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines as part of our preparations.
There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly depending on the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions of each local government.


□About J-League's unified prohibition rules
FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security measures for matches based on its management regulations in order to provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors. We kindly ask for your support and cheering in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as compliance with the prohibited items within the stadium, J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League common match manners & rules), and management regulations.
Please note that whether or not such actions violate the match operation management regulations will be determined by the J-League or each club.
※If prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be asked to leave or be prohibited from entering.
Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering other matches besides those held at the stadium where the violation occurred.

□Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during match broadcasts
Images taken for the purpose of broadcasting during the match (including concourses)
(including individual portraits of attendees, banners, flags, chants, and other creations) may be used in whole or in part (including still images) for purposes other than match broadcasts, so please be aware in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed within the venue
(2) Use in J-League and club official media
(3) Use in news programs and related media
(4) Use in video works and various sales items produced by the J-League or those designated by the J-League (including partner companies)


□Requirements for all attendees
(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5°C or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell
・If you have received a positive diagnosis and are under behavioral restrictions by a medical institution (even if you received a positive result in a test before the diagnosis)
・If there are suspected infections among family members or close acquaintances
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods as mandated by the government within the past 14 days, and have received behavioral restrictions from public authorities
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes or hugs.
(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in restroom lines, etc.).
※Especially during the moments just before the match starts or during halftime, restrooms and concession stands may be crowded, so please try to use them at different times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at all times in the stadium.
※We recommend using non-woven masks with high collection efficiency.
※As per the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's announcement, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure even after vaccination.
※Staff will approach those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Children under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without wearing a mask, as stated in the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare's announcement (Question 10 regarding the impact on infants and children). For preschoolers aged 2 and older, wearing a mask is recommended, but if they do wear one, parents and surrounding adults should ensure the child's condition is closely monitored. If the child is unwell or has difficulty wearing a mask for an extended period, it is not necessary to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we ask for cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with the parent.
(5) Please wash your hands and disinfect your fingers frequently.
※From an infection prevention perspective, please bring disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) as much as possible.
(6) Alcohol will be sold.
Drinking alcohol may lead to increased volume and risk of infection, so if you consume alcoholic beverages, please refrain from loud voices and avoid disturbing other attendees, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in preventing the spread of infection.
※Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing of each concession stand.
※Please transfer contents from bottles and cans into paper cups before entering.


□New items to bring for viewing
When attending the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your entry ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief


□Prohibited items
Unless deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety manager, please refrain from bringing in items listed in the J-League's unified prohibited items and the following:
・Bottles and cans
※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entry gate before entering.
※Plastic bottles are allowed.
・Other items that security personnel deem likely to disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or pose a nuisance or danger to others


□Entry and exit to the stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entry gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees or higher.
Even if entry is denied, refunds will not be issued, so please be aware in advance. Additionally, we may ask for your contact information when denying entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
※From an infection prevention perspective, please bring disinfectant in portable bottles and disinfect your hands frequently.

(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 120 minutes before the start of the game, but please check the official homepage as it may be subject to change.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.

(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (See the figure below)
・Main 3 gates: Main SSS reserved seat, Main SS reserved seat, Main S reserved seat
・North 2 gate: Home UF reserved seat, Home seat
・Back 2 gate: Back center UF reserved seat, Back center reserved seat, Back UF reserved seat, Back seat, South side seat, Seven Eleven seat
・South 1 gate: Visitor seat
*South side seat will be sold sequentially when either the home seat or back seat is sold out.


(5) Re-entry is allowed.
Re-entry gates: Main 4 gates, Back 1 gate, Back 3 gates (see diagram above)
Re-entry hours: From opening (scheduled for 13:00) until halftime [when temporarily leaving]
Please present your ticket stub or QR ticket at the gate to receive a re-entry card.

(6) There will be no regulatory expulsion, but we ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.
※When leaving, please leave enough space between you and the people around you in front, back, left, and right. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.


□Events and Shops
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(2) Greetings from the mascot outside the venue and concourse, and details of appearances will be announced on the official website as soon as they are determined.
(3) Food and beverage sales will be conducted.
※Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(4) Merchandise sales will be conducted.
※The stores where the event will be held will be announced on the official homepage, etc.
(5) No smoking areas are not installed inside the stadium.


□How to watch
(1) All seats are reserved. It is prohibited to move from your seat during the game. (You may not move to the front of the stand to talk to players or to a dry area during rain). Please watch the game from your designated seat.
(2) Lower home and visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to tell people standing to "please sit down". Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Spectators wearing visitor merchandise are only allowed in the following areas.
Visitor seats, Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side

(4) Outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions that pose a risk of infection, such as speaking loudly, singing, cheering, and crowding.
(5) According to the J.League's new coronavirus infection response guidelines, we will implement infection prevention measures by formulating an "infection prevention safety plan" as designated by the government or prefectures, and the stadium capacity for the 2022 season will be available for sale without "seat spacing". However, for this match, please watch the game with a checkerboard pattern by leaving one seat empty in front, behind, left, and right.
