Ticket refunds for the Júbilo Iwata match on Feb 23 (Wed, holiday) and the Nagoya Grampus match on Mar 26 (Sat) will begin on Mar 29 (Tue) at 10:00.
Please confirm the refund method below again and we would appreciate it if you could respond accordingly.




We will inform you about the refund of tickets for the Júbilo Iwata match on Feb 23 (Wed) and the Nagoya Grampus match on Feb 26 (Sat), which have been canceled due to the suspension of team activities.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused to those who have purchased tickets in anticipation of the match. We kindly ask for your understanding.

※All purchased paid tickets, parking tickets, and lunch boxes (yakiniku winning lunch boxes) exchange tickets are eligible for refunds.
※Those who have selected the SOCIO pre-allocated seating method will not be eligible for a refund of the annual ticket and can enter with the SOCIO card on an alternative date.
※Please note that the refund method may vary depending on the purchase method.
※Please be sure to observe the refund period. Please note that we will not be able to refund after the deadline, so please understand in advance.
※Corporate annual tickets are handled differently. We will inform you separately by email, so please check the details there.

Regarding the refund for customers who have purchased QR tickets, we will use the remittance service of Wellnet Corporation and refund the tickets from PIA Corporation, which operates J-League Ticket.
Please confirm the preparation and procedure before the start of the refund, and complete the procedure by the refund deadline. Thank you for your cooperation.


<Procedures before receiving refund notification email>
1. Please configure your settings to receive emails from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
①Mar 23 (Wed, holiday) Júbilo Iwata match will start accepting applications from Mar 29 (Tue) ②Mar 26 (Sat) Nagoya Grampus match will start accepting applications from Mar 30 (Wed). Information regarding refund procedures will be sent to the email address registered with your J.League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".

We will send the corresponding customers in order, so in some cases, the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date of reception. Please note in advance. Please set up so that you can receive the notification email, such as releasing the domain.
※Please release the blocking setting if you are unable to receive emails with URLs.
※There is a possibility that it may be automatically sorted into spam mail on the mail server. Please also check if you have a separate folder as there is a possibility that it is stored in a folder other than the one normally used, such as spam mail.
※If you have not received a refund notification email by Apr 1 (Fri), we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us here.
Please include your J-League ID/User ID (required for refunds), match date, and match card when contacting us.
Customer inquiries will be responded to sequentially between 11:00 and 17:00 on business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and holidays such as Bon and New Year's).
※Please refer to the "2. Guide to the necessary ID and password for refunds" below for your user ID (required for refunds). If you are unsure, please indicate so.


Regarding the procedures after receiving the notification email
Please confirm that you will receive two refund-related emails per match.
1st notice: Notice of required ID and password for refund (see below 2. Guide to required ID and password for refund)
2nd notice: Notice of URL for refund procedure (see below 3. Guide to URL for refund procedure)

2. Guide to the ID and password required for refunds
Once the refund is ready, we will send you an email to the registered email address of your J-League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp" with the ID and password required for the refund.
※The ID and password required for refunds will only be valid for this time. Please note that you cannot log in with a J.League ID.
※If you purchase multiple tickets, you will be issued an ID and password for each purchase.
※Please note that if you enter your login ID or password incorrectly 3 times, your account will be locked.

3. Guide to the refund procedure URL
After receiving the ID for the refund, you will be sent a URL for the refund procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp".


4. Please log in to the refund-only URL and register the account information for the refund destination.

※ Please make sure there are no mistakes in the "transfer amount" or "transfer destination account".
※If the deadline for the procedure has passed, we may not be able to process the refund. Please make sure to complete the procedure within the deadline.


5. Please confirm your deposit.
"After logging in to the refund-only URL, please register the account information of the refund destination at the bank account you registered at "4. Please deposit the amount of the purchased ticket price to the bank account."
If you complete the procedure between 8:50 and 14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedure is completed outside of these hours, the transfer will be made on the next business day.



[Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)] For those who purchased paper tickets at the store, for those who purchased pair seats
Customers who have purchased tickets at the store (Seven-Eleven) can receive a refund by bringing the tickets to the cash register of the store where they were issued.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is written on the lower part of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not possible.)
If you have not yet issued a ticket with credit card payment, please issue it at the store once.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 on the day following ticket issuance.
※Please note that we cannot refund tickets without a stub.
※Refundable items include ticket price, system usage fee, and ticket issuing fee.
※Please note that the payment handling fee is not eligible for refund.
