Regarding holding matches at 100% capacity

At FC Tokyo, if the application of the priority measures for preventing the spread of COVID-19 is lifted, we will operate matches with 100% capacity from April onwards. There may be changes such as setting up a partially free seating area from all assigned seating, so please check the following changes.

Home games with 100% capacity will be held for the first time in about 2 years since the AFC Champions League in February 2020. We appreciate your cooperation in the previous infection prevention measures and kindly ask for your continued understanding and cooperation as we take further steps towards returning to normalcy, one step at a time.

Changes in 100% capacity matches
①Entry with SOCIO card
・For 100% capacity matches, regardless of the selected method (pre-assigned seating or refund), all SOCIO members can enter with their SOCIO card. (Pattern A)

② Installation of General Admission Area
・The following areas will be designated as general admission areas.
Target seat types: Home general admission, Back general admission, South side general admission, Visitor general admission

③End of checkerboard seating
・Checkerboard seating for all areas has ended, and ticket sales will be for packed seating.

④Implementation of SOCIO Priority Entry
・Prior entry for SOCIO members and corporate annual ticket purchasers will be implemented before general admission. Please check the official HP and other sources for details.

⑤ Implementation of entrance queue management
・We will implement entrance queue management in conjunction with the installation of the general seating area. Please check the official website, etc. for details on the implementation method.

Implementation of seat type restrictions for each gate
・We will restrict the types of seats that can be accessed for each gate for a certain period of time after the gates open. If you arrive early, please check your seat type and the gate you can enter.

Tickets on sale 3 weeks before
・We plan to start member pre-sale 3 weeks before the game day, and general sale 2 days after the pre-sale date.
・There is no sale at the SOCIO price. It can be purchased at the member price.
・Club support members can purchase from the member pre-sale.

□ We ask for your continued cooperation
We ask for your continued cooperation in preventing the spread of the new coronavirus for those who come to the venue.

(1) Please have the courage to refrain from attending if it is impossible.
- If you are not feeling well (e.g. if you have symptoms such as a fever of 37.5℃ or higher, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・If you are under restrictions due to a positive diagnosis received from a medical institution or other means (including cases where you have received a positive diagnosis through testing even before the diagnosis)
・If there are individuals in your cohabiting family or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
・If you have a travel history to countries or regions that have been subject to entry restrictions and required observation periods after entry by the government within the past 14 days, or if you have received a positive action restriction from a public institution due to such travel history

(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
Especially before the start of the match and during halftime, facilities such as restrooms and shops may be crowded, so please use them at a different time if possible.

(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
・We recommend using highly effective non-woven fabric.
As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, it is important to continue taking preventive measures against infection even after receiving the vaccine.
・We will ask staff to speak to those who are not wearing masks.・Children under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement from the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 10 regarding the impact on infants and children). We recommend that children over 2 years old wear masks, but if they do, please make sure that parents and adults around them pay sufficient attention to their health condition. If the child is not feeling well or if wearing a mask continuously is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear it. If you do not wear a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with the parents, to prevent infection.

(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands frequently.
・Please bring disinfectant (such as a portable bottle) from the perspective of infection prevention.
