③After completing the payment process, you will receive an email from J.League Ticket (jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp) confirming your ticket application.
※ Please set your settings to receive emails from "jleague-ticket-auto@pia.co.jp".
※If you do not receive an email, please log in to the J.League Ticket official website and check if the payment process has been completed by clicking the "Purchase History" button in the upper right corner.

④Issue a "Selection Participation Ticket" at a Seven-Eleven store.
※When issuing tickets, please inform the store register of the "payment slip number (13 digits)" and have the ticket issued. If you inform the staff that it is an "internet purchase", the process will proceed smoothly.
※A system usage fee of 110 yen and a ticket issuing fee of 220 yen will be charged per ticket, and there may be additional payment fees depending on the payment method.
※Please note that if you choose to pay by credit card (including d payment, Rakuten Pay, and Yahoo! Wallet), you will not be able to issue tickets at Seven-Eleven until 24 hours after the payment for the prevention of fraudulent use.
※If you want to issue a ticket within 24 hours due to the deadline, please choose "Payment at Seven-Eleven".

⑤Download the "Exam Acceptance Form" from below and be sure to get the signature and acceptance stamp from the representative of your team (coach, etc.).
※Currently, those who are not affiliated with a team do not need the representative's signature or consent stamp.
※Please download the PDF at the bottom of this page and use it for the exam acceptance form.

⑥Paste the "Selection Participation Ticket" issued at Seven-Eleven on the "Exam Acceptance Form" and send it to the following address.

□Confirmation of Acceptance
For those who have completed both "Registration of Application Form" and "Exam Acceptance Form" by the end of the application period (deadline: May 27, 2022 (Fri)), we will send the exam information to the email address registered in your J-League ID by May 31, 2022 (Tue).
※Please note that if you remove FC Tokyo from your favorite club settings before the application period ends, we will no longer be able to send you information from FC Tokyo.
