FC Tokyo will introduce a ticketing system using the communication app "LINE" to reduce the burden on fans and supporters who come to the stadium, specifically targeting general admission (SOCIO and general) ticket holders.
The entrance waiting line is for organizing the order of entry at the time of opening.
Even if you come to the venue after the gates open and in time for kickoff, SOCIO members can take advantage of SOCIO priority entry, and there are seats available for everyone who has a ticket to sit.
Not everyone needs to participate in the lottery. Please decide your arrival time according to your own way of watching the game.

※From the 2023 season, there will be no waiting queue operation for ③ and ④ due to the designated seating.

For those who use LINE
For the lottery, LINE Corporation's LINE Mini App will be used.
As a preliminary preparation, please check if the communication app "LINE" is downloaded on your smartphone or other communication devices.
②Please check if LINE is the latest version (iOS: 10.17.0 or above / Android: 11.5.0 or above).
③The lottery will be conducted using the LINE Mini App from LINE Corporation. Please scan the QR code below and follow the steps below.

Entry is only available through LINE. We apologize for the inconvenience to those who are currently not using LINE, but please download the LINE app on your smartphone, computer, tablet, etc. and participate. We cannot provide support at the office, so we appreciate your understanding.
[Step 1]
・Please select "Permission" and "Allow/Deny Location Information" only for the first time.
【Step 2】
・Please choose the gate to line up in the waiting queue. (SOCIO North G/General North G/SOCIO Back G/General Back G)
・Please enter the number of people who will be lining up on the day. (Up to 5 people including yourself)
※Only the person who is a SOCIO member can line up in the SOCIO waiting queue. Even if you are accompanying a SOCIO member who is not a SOCIO member, you cannot line up.
※For corporate annual ticket holders, please select either "SOCIO North G" or "SOCIO Back G" depending on the desired gate.
・Tap "Enter" to confirm your place in the waiting list.
※If you have registered the wrong gate or number of people, you can cancel and re-enter during the pre-lottery application period. However, after the pre-lottery application period ends, cancellation and re-entry are not possible.
[Step 3]
・A reception number will be issued, so please keep it. This completes the entry.
※Please tap the cancel button to cancel the entry.
※If you cancel, you can re-enter during the pre-lottery application period. Re-entry after the end of the pre-lottery application period will not be allowed.
[Step 4]
・Once the lottery number distribution date and time has passed, the admission tickets will be sequentially notified to you via LINE (Service Messages).
※The notification date and time for admission tickets will be announced as soon as they are determined.
・Please open the LINE Mini App screen from the LINE Talk screen (Service Messages) and present the ticket screen obtained during the seat arrangement on the day of the match to the staff. Please note that you cannot enter with saved images such as screenshots or printed images, so please understand in advance.
・If you are in the SOCIO waiting line, everyone in the line must present their SOCIO card. Please note that you will not be able to join the line without presenting your SOCIO card, even if you have a numbered ticket.
・The expiration date of the numbered ticket will be the start time of the seat arrangement on the day of the match. Please gather before the start of the seat arrangement.
□Regarding the arrangement on the day
Regarding the location and time for starting the line arrangement on the day, we will inform you of the details at a later date.
Attention when confirming numbered tickets
・The expiration date of the numbered ticket is set to the start time of the line arrangement. Please note that if you do not arrive at this time, cannot confirm the numbered ticket within the LINE Mini App, or if there is a mistake in taking the numbered ticket, you will be asked to line up at the back row.
・Please note that you will not be able to participate if the pre-lottery application period has passed.
