※We will start moving to the pitch-side seats when it is time to gather. If you are late for the gathering time, please be aware that you will have to wait for a while at the gathering place.
□Notes
①After being guided to the pitch-side seat, you will not be able to return to the concourse, so please [purchase goods and food], [receive various membership benefits such as player cards] before the meeting time and come to the meeting place.
②Temperature measurements will be conducted at the entrance gate. If your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, entry will be denied.
③To identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, please watch the game from the designated seat at the club.
④Please note that watching the game from the pitch side is for safety reasons, so we kindly ask you to refrain from watching with preschool children on your lap.
You cannot watch the game with an umbrella. Please bring your own poncho or raincoat in case of rain and enjoy the game.
⑥ Bringing in food and drinks is prohibited. Only drinking water is allowed in the seats.
⑦ Spectators who are drinking alcohol may be refused entry.
No cheering goods such as flags, megaphones, or musical instruments are allowed. Towels, scarves, and uniforms can be worn.
Participation with spiked shoes, high heels, or any other shoes with pointed heels is not allowed.
There may be instances where the ball comes flying during the 10th game or during the game. Please be careful as we cannot take responsibility for any injuries or damages.
⑪There may be cases where the operation staff such as ball persons stand on the pitch side and their field of vision is obstructed.
During the match, you cannot move from your seat except during halftime. Also, please refrain from standing up and cheering.
Photography and recording of photos and videos during the match are prohibited. However, photography is allowed only in your seat before and after the match.
Please note that we may use photos or videos taken of customers watching the game at our club or in the J-League or general media. Thank you for your understanding.
