□Implementation Details
(1) "Let's Learn About Our Bodies! Body Composition Measurement"
Using a highly accurate body composition analyzer (InBody), we will measure muscle mass and body fat. Based on the measured values, we will provide an advice sheet on weight and body composition management methods for maintaining and improving health.



(2) "Challenge Yourself as an Athlete! Physical Fitness Measurement"
We will conduct vertical jump measurements. Let's find out your physical fitness by comparing it with athlete values!
