※Regarding the refund for the home general admission SOCIO ticket holders, which was only applicable to the voice support operation verification target matches, the refund for the August 13 (Sat) match will be invalid, and you will be able to enter on the alternative rescheduled date.
※For those of you who have a pair seat parking ticket, the parking ticket with the original date (8/13) printed on it cannot be used. We will send you a parking ticket for the rescheduled date.

3. FC Tokyo Ticket (J-League Ticket) for those who purchased advance and same-day tickets
All advance and same-day tickets will be refunded.
The refund method varies depending on the ticket purchase method. Please check the details below.
※Tickets for users of the resale service will be cancelled and returned to the owner. As the transaction itself becomes invalid, no various fees will be charged.
※Even if you bring your ticket to the alternative date, you will not be able to watch the game. Please make sure to complete the procedure within the "refund period".

Refunds for customers who have purchased QR tickets will be processed by PIA Corporation, which operates J-League tickets, using the remittance service of Wellnet Corporation.

Information regarding the refund procedure will be sent to the email address registered with your J-League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp" in order of the refund start date.
We will send the corresponding customers in order, so in some cases, the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date of reception. Please note in advance. Please set up so that you can receive the notification email, such as releasing the domain.
※Please release the blocking setting if you are unable to receive emails with URLs.

(5) Please confirm your deposit.
"After logging in to the refund-only URL, please register the account information of the refund destination at the bank account you registered at "4. Please deposit the amount of the purchased ticket price to the bank account."
If you complete the procedure by 8:50 to 14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedure is completed outside of that time frame, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
[Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)] For those who purchased paper tickets at the store counter (Seven-Eleven) only
Customers who have been issued tickets at the store counter (Seven-Eleven) can receive a refund by presenting the ticket at the cash register of the store where the ticket was issued.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is written on the lower part of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not possible.)
If you have not yet issued a ticket with credit card payment, please issue it at the store once.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 on the day following ticket issuance.

4. [Club Support Member Benefit Ticket] All of you who have exchanged it
The benefit ticket you exchanged will be invalid. If you watch the game on an alternative date, please exchange the benefit ticket again.
For those of you who are using the Back Center Designated Seat Special Price Sale Ticket, we will refund it in the same procedure as the aforementioned "[Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)] for those who purchased QR tickets."

5. For those who have various invitation tickets
Please note that all tickets will be invalid.
When conducting a separate transfer, we will send the winning email to the registered email address of the J.League ID that we have been sending.
Regarding those who have the pair tickets (J-Challe) for the J.League official app "Club J.LEAGUE" campaign, all the pair tickets won in J-Challe will be invalidated, and the following information will be provided.
・Winners will be granted 2 J-Challenge tickets.
・For those who have received an invitation, we will delete the input history of the promotion code so that you can receive an invitation to J Challenge again.
