3. Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket) for those who purchase advance and same-day tickets
All advance and same-day tickets will be refunded.

※Tickets for users of the resale service will be cancelled and returned to the owner. As the transaction itself becomes invalid, no various fees will be charged.
※Even if you bring your ticket to the alternative date, you will not be able to watch the game. Please make sure to complete the procedure within the "refund period".

Refunds for customers who have purchased QR tickets will be processed by PIA Corporation, which operates J-League tickets, using the remittance service of Wellnet Corporation.

Information regarding the refund procedure will be sent to the email address registered with your J-League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp" in order of the refund start date.
We will send the corresponding customers in order, so in some cases, the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date of reception. Please note in advance. Please set up so that you can receive the notification email, such as releasing the domain.
※Please release the blocking setting if you are unable to receive emails with URLs.

Once the refund is ready, we will send the necessary ID and password for the refund to the email address registered with your J-League ID from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
※The ID and password required for refunds will only be valid for this time. Please note that you cannot log in with a J.League ID.

If you complete the procedure by 8:50 to 14:30 on weekdays, the transfer will be made on the same day. If the procedure is completed outside of that time frame, the transfer will be made on the next business day.
[Ticket FC Tokyo (J-League Ticket)] For those who purchased paper tickets at the store counter (Seven-Eleven) only
Customers who have been issued tickets at the store counter (Seven-Eleven) can receive a refund by presenting the ticket at the cash register of the store where the ticket was issued.
(The name of the store where you purchased the ticket is written on the lower part of the ticket. Refunds at other stores are not possible.)
If you have not yet issued a ticket with credit card payment, please issue it at the store once.
Please note that refunds cannot be processed on the day of ticket issuance. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please visit us again after 10:00 on the day following ticket issuance.

4. [Club Support Member Benefit Tickets] for those who have exchanged them
The benefit tickets that have been exchanged will become invalid. If you wish to watch the game on an alternative date, please exchange the benefit tickets again.
For those who are using the special price tickets for back center designated seats, we will refund them in the same way as the above-mentioned "[Tickets FC Tokyo (J-League Tickets)] for those who have purchased QR tickets".

5. For those who have invitation tickets only
Please note that all tickets will be invalid.
When conducting a separate transfer, we will send the winning email to the registered email address of the J.League ID that we have been sending.
Regarding those who have the pair tickets (J-Challe) for the J.League official app "Club J.LEAGUE" campaign, all the pair tickets won in J-Challe will be invalidated, and the following information will be provided.
・Winners will be granted 2 J-Challenge tickets.
・For those who have received an invitation, we will delete the input history of the promotion code so that you can receive an invitation to J Challenge again.
