Added information about refund methods
On November 5th, 2022, in the Meiji Yasuda J1 League Sec. 34 match against Kawasaki Frontale (kickoff at 14:00 at Ajinomoto Stadium), we have mistakenly sold tickets for the "Back Free Adult Member" at an incorrect price. The correct price is as follows:

Mistake) 3,900 yen
Correction) 3,500 yen
Today, Oct 15 (Sat) at 19:30, the price correction has been completed and we are selling at the correct price.
We apologize deeply for any inconvenience caused to customers who made a purchase before the completion of the correction.
[Refund Method]
We will inform you about the refund method for the price difference as follows:
①Refund at the game venue (Ajinomoto Stadium) for the Kawasaki Frontale match on November 5 (Sat)
②Refund by registered mail
※ If you did not receive it at ①, it will be refunded using the method of ②.

Please have the purchaser come and provide their "name" and "membership number at the time of ticket purchase (SOCIO number or Club Support Member number)".

We will receive your signature and refund you on the spot.

From opening to 20 minutes after the end of the game

If you were unable to receive it by ①, we will send it by cash on delivery to the address of your J-League ID at the time of purchase by November 4th (Fri) until the end of November.
<Refund Amount>
The number of incorrect prices will be multiplied by 400 yen.
※If you have purchased multiple tickets, you will be refunded collectively.
