・If you wish to join multiple schools (venues) or courses (days of the week), you will need to apply for each school or course separately. In that case, an admission fee will be required when joining any of the schools, and a monthly fee will be charged for each course you join.

□Regarding sending lottery results and membership procedures
[Primary recruitment and priority recruitment]
After the deadline, the reply deadline will be set as Feb 28 (Tue), and regardless of the results, we will contact all applicants by email with the lottery results by the deadline.
＜Winners＞
After sending the lottery result email, we will send you the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership procedure by the deadline according to the documents.
＜For those who were not selected＞
After the lottery result email is sent, we will put you on the waiting list. When your turn comes, the secretariat will contact you, so please wait until then.
[Second Recruitment]
We will inform you of the acceptance status by email within 3 days after application.
＜If there are vacancies＞
You can join from April, so we will send you the membership documents (around mid-March). Please complete the membership procedure by the deadline according to the documents.
If there are no vacancies and you are put on the waiting list for cancellation, please wait until your turn comes around. We will contact you again from the office when that happens.
