FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security measures for matches based on its management regulations in order to provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors. When attending matches, we kindly ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as compliance with the prohibited items within the stadium, J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League common match manners & rules), and management regulations. Please note that the determination of whether such acts violate the match operation management regulations will be made by the J-League or each club. If prohibited acts or acts that pose security concerns as defined in the management regulations are committed, you may be subject to expulsion or entry prohibition. Furthermore, please be aware that entering other stadiums for matches may also be prohibited if you have engaged in misconduct.

Regarding the filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts, etc.
Video footage (including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) taken for the purpose of broadcasting during matches or other uses within the stadium (including the concourse) may be used for the following purposes, in addition to broadcasting during matches. Please be aware of this in advance.
(1) Use on the stadium's large video display and various monitors installed inside the venue.
(2) Use on J-League and club official media.
(3) Use on news programs and related media.
(4) Use in video works produced by J-League or designated individuals (including partner companies) and various merchandise.
□Prohibited Items
Unless specifically required by the operation and safety manager, please refrain from bringing prohibited items listed in the J-League unified prohibited items and the following items into the facility.

□ Viewing Rules
(1) All seats are designated seats
When watching the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (such as moving to the front of the stand and calling out to the players). Please watch the game from your own seat.
(2) Standing Area
The first tier of home seats and visitor seats can be used as a standing area for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to ask people to sit down. Standing continuously in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Visitor Goods Wearable Area
Watching the game while wearing visitor goods is only possible in the following areas:
・Visitor seats
・Main SS designated seats south side
・Main S designated seats south side
※Main SS designated seats south side and Main S designated seats south side are mixed areas.
※Wearing visitor goods and supporting the visitor team is strictly prohibited in areas other than the above.
※Please note that Main SSS designated seats are cheering seats for FC Tokyo regardless of the north or south side.
(4) Restrictions on passage within the concourse
Visitors wearing the visiting team's uniform and merchandise are not allowed to pass to the north side stands (1st to 3rd levels). Also, please note that those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to pass to the south side stands visitor designated seating area (1st to 3rd levels).
(5) Regarding the display of banners (flags and banners)
Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display locations have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of materials that are defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise deemed inappropriate for the game venue.
Prohibited Actions
Unless otherwise deemed necessary by the operation and safety officer, please refrain from engaging in any of the following acts at any facility, including but not limited to those listed in the J-League Unified Prohibited Actions and the following items:
・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.

・No bringing or using drums, etc. or large flags outside the designated area.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others as recognized by security personnel.

・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
- We cannot store baby strollers. If you come to the venue with a baby stroller, please use the baby stroller storage area near the entrance gate. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage.
・There is no general parking lot at the Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
