On June 14 (Wed), 15 (Thu), and 27 (Tue) in 2023, FC Tokyo Players' Association, led by FC Tokyo, conducted visits to elementary schools.
The elementary school visits, which have been conducted continuously since 2008, reached their 16th season this year. This season, we visited elementary schools in 6 cities: Fuchu City, Mitaka City, Chofu City, Kodaira City, Nishitokyo City, and Koganei City, as well as in three wards: Suginami Ward, Setagaya Ward, and Shibuya Ward. Additionally, for the first time, we visited an elementary school in Shinjuku Ward, making a total of 10 cities and wards where elementary school visits were conducted.
It was a long time since the last real visit, and it became a fun time of exchange with overflowing smiles from each school.

From 2019, it was held online, but it was the first time in four years to visit an elementary school in a real place, so I was able to interact directly with the children after a long time. I hope they learned something useful by experiencing various recreations with FC Tokyo players, and I hope they feel closer to soccer, professional athletes, and the existence of FC Tokyo. We were also able to see the energetic appearance and smiles of the children and receive a lot of energy.
It was an event that was difficult to implement only by the players' association, but it was realized with the support of many people. I am grateful to everyone who was involved. In the future, we will continue to carry out various activities so that more people can support FC Tokyo through such activities.

'FC Tokyo has been visiting elementary schools since 2008, but this was my first time participating. I was looking forward to interacting with energetic children and the atmosphere of the elementary school was nostalgic and refreshing, and I was able to have a wonderful time. I told the children to always cherish gratitude and to never give up on their dreams, even if things don't go well. I myself and FC Tokyo will continue to work hard to become a presence that can give children even more dreams.'
