□ About the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security measures for matches based on its management regulations in order to provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors. When attending matches, we kindly ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, as well as compliance with the prohibited items within the stadium and the J-League unified prohibited rules (J-League Common Match Etiquette & Rules) and management regulations.
Please note that whether or not such actions violate the match operation management regulations will be ultimately determined by the J-League or each club.
If prohibited acts specified in the management regulations or acts that pose security problems are committed, you may be subject to expulsion or entry prohibition. Furthermore, please be aware that entry to matches at stadiums other than where the violation occurred may also be prohibited.

Regarding the filming and use of footage inside the stadium during game broadcasts, etc.
Video footage (including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) taken for the purpose of broadcasting during matches or other uses within the stadium (including the concourse) may be used for the following purposes, in addition to broadcasting during matches. Please be aware of this in advance.
(1) Use on the stadium's large video display and various monitors installed inside the venue.
(2) Use on J-League and club official media.
(3) Use on news programs and related media.
(4) Use in video works produced by J-League or designated individuals (including partner companies) and various merchandise.
□Prohibited Items
Unless specifically required by the operation and safety manager, please refrain from bringing prohibited items listed in the J-League unified prohibited items and the following items into the facility.

※Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans to paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
※Pets are allowed to be brought in.
・Items that security guards recognize as potentially interfering with the operation or progress of other matches, causing inconvenience or danger to others

□ Viewing Rules
(1) All seats are designated seats
When watching the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (such as moving to the front of the stand and calling out to the players). Please watch the game from your own seat.
(2) Standing Area
The first tier of home seats and visitor seats can be used as a standing area for cheering. The standing area does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to ask people to sit down. Standing continuously in other areas is prohibited.
(3) Visitor Goods Wearable Area
Watching the game while wearing visitor goods is only possible in the following areas:
・Visitor seats
・Main SS designated seats south side
・Main S designated seats south side
・Seats with cushions
※Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side, and seats with cushions are mixed areas.
※Wearing visitor goods and supporting the visitor team is strictly prohibited in areas other than the above.
※Please note that Main SSS designated seats are FC Tokyo's cheering seats regardless of the north or south side.
(4) Restrictions on passage within the concourse
Visitors wearing the visiting team's uniform and merchandise are not allowed to pass to the north side stands (1st to 3rd levels). Also, please note that those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to pass to the south side stands visitor designated seating area (1st to 3rd levels).
(5) Regarding the display of banners (flags and banners)
The location for displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in places other than the designated location. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

Prohibited Actions
Unless otherwise deemed necessary by the operation and safety officer, please refrain from engaging in any of the following acts at any facility, including but not limited to those listed in the J-League Unified Prohibited Actions and the following items:
・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.
・Intentional place holding (flags, ropes, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). Please click here for more information.
・No bringing or using drums, etc. or large flags outside the designated area.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
- Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the match, or may cause inconvenience or danger to others as recognized by security personnel.

・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
- We cannot store baby strollers. If you come to the venue with a baby stroller, please use the baby stroller storage area near the entrance gate. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage.
・There is no general parking lot at the Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
