On August 6 (Sun) and 7 (Mon), we conducted peace education in Osaka and Hiroshima with the "Chou Peace Messenger 2023".

□August 6th (Sun) to OsakaAt 8:15, the Hiroshima atomic bomb was dropped and a moment of silence was observed at the Chofu City Hall.

Joining Cerezo Osaka at the Peace Osaka International Peace Center to conduct peace education together.

After that, I watched a match of the FC Tokyo top team.

We all cheered for FC Tokyo's victory.

□August 7th (Monday) to HiroshimaHiroshima Prefecture, first to the Peace Memorial Park

Children at the Peace Memorial Park Museum were looking at the materials with serious expressions.

After that, we conducted a dedication of origami cranes, wishing for peace.

After that, we all ate okonomiyaki to fully enjoy Hiroshima.

After that, we will disband at Chofu Station.

The keywords for the two days are "respect" and "gratitude".
I am looking forward to seeing how the members of Peace Messenger Junior will express the feelings they received at their own sensitivity in future post-learning and presentations.

Scheduled to be presented with Peace Messengers in the "International Understanding Lecture - Thinking about the World's "Now" and Peace"

□ "Peace Messenger Junior 2023" is a project aimed at providing opportunities for children, who will be the next generation, to learn about the horrors of war and the importance of peace through firsthand experiences, as the aging of war survivors has led to a decrease in opportunities for younger generations to hear their stories. The goal is to share the results of this project with the wider community.

Note: This initiative is being implemented in collaboration between Chofu City and Shibuya Real Estate Agent Co., Ltd.

□E. PEACE Messenger Jean's Role
・Interested in various things through soccer (sports).
・Enthusiastically learn about the tragedy of war and the importance of peace.
・Share what I learned and felt as a Peace Messenger Junior with many people.
