Theme
・Nov 6 (Mon), 20 (Mon) "Match Training"
FC Tokyo will focus on "individual skill development in attack and defense, habituation of quick switching, and continuity of play", which are the foundations of their new attacking football style, and will conduct training and matches in situations where there are teammates and opponents in order to improve their skills that can be used in actual games. Except for W-up, all training and matches will be in a one-on-one format. Please take this opportunity to challenge yourself in a match-style training with a different team than usual.
・Nov 13 (Mon) "Coordination Training"
This is a program aimed at improving coordination skills, which are the foundation of various sports. *The training method focuses on the nervous system and aims to "create a body that is easy to move" and "be able to move one's body as desired". In the second half, we will conduct soccer training in a game format. In order to acquire specialized soccer skills, it is also essential to improve coordination skills, which are the foundation. Please take this opportunity to challenge yourself.
・Nov 27 (Mon) "Dribble Training"
We will perform basic training to control the ball as desired and feint training to break through the opponent, and the coach will also teach the key points at that time. In addition to the above technical training, we also conduct training and matches in situations where there are teammates and opponents in order to improve the skills that can be used in actual games.

After graduating from Tsukuba University, he played for four clubs as a professional soccer player. He joined FC Tokyo in 2016. With 10 years of coaching experience, he has also coached overseas, bringing a wealth of experience.

2,200 yen per session (including insurance and tax)
※We will inform the winners of each round separately about the payment method for the participation fee.
※Please be sure to contact the school office by 23:59 the day before if you wish to cancel. After that, a cancellation fee (full amount of 2,200 yen) will be charged, so please be careful.

※Black items, training shoes, and spikes with black soles are strictly prohibited
※Ideally, indoor futsal shoes (flat ones with non-marking soles) are preferred.

About Waiting List for Cancellations
For those who were not selected in the lottery and requested to be put on the waiting list, we will conduct another lottery here only if there is a cancellation, and we will contact the winners by phone.

・Please bring indoor shoes (black soles, training shoes, and spikes are strictly prohibited). Please note that you will not be able to participate if you do not have indoor shoes. It is preferable to have indoor futsal shoes (flat non-marking soles).
・Please bring your own drinks. If you are not feeling well, please do not push yourself.
・We will provide the ball (we will use a futsal ball as it is indoors).
・There is a changing room available.
・The portrait rights for this event (photos and videos) belong to FC Tokyo, and may be used for various promotional materials and activities. Please note that the event may also be featured on FC Tokyo's website, Musashino-En's website, and other advertising media.
