The application methods differ depending on the venue. All applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

(1)Musashino-En Venue
Please apply using the dedicated application form below.

※After you apply, we will send an email to the email address you entered with details for the day. Please make sure to set your email to receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp".
※Once the capacity is reached, it will be placed on a "waiting list" for cancellation.

(2) Fuchu Venue
Please apply from the official reservation site of FC Tokyo Park Fuchu.

2: Select your desired date and event.
3: Please make a reservation after logging in for members. For visitors, please select "Make a reservation as a visitor".
※Members refer to those who have registered as members to participate in events at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu facility.
※Please make a reservation as a visitor even if you wish to join as an individual member.
※Individual membership registration is only accepted at the front desk.
※Please enter your email address correctly as you will receive a notification to the email address you registered. Please make sure that you can receive emails from "@fctokyoparkfuchu.jp" by adjusting your settings.
※If the capacity is exceeded, please register for the "waiting list". Your reservation will be automatically confirmed when your turn comes.

□Application Deadline

□Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your reservation, please make sure to complete the cancellation process by 4:00 PM on July 28 (Sun).
※Please note that any cancellations or absences on the day of the event will result in a cancellation fee (full amount) being charged.
※Cancellation instructions will be provided in the automatic reply email after completing the application.
※Please make the cancellation fee payment within one week from the date of cancellation.

□Other
・We will inform you about the details of the day and payment methods via automatic reply email. Please make sure to set your email to receive emails from [@fctokyo.co.jp] in advance.
・There is a possibility that the event may be cancelled due to natural disasters or severe weather. There will be no rescheduled date in case of cancellation. ※No refunds will be given if more than half of the scheduled time has been completed.
・Payment of participation fee is generally cashless (credit card or transportation IC card) (cash payment is available only at FC Tokyo Park Fuchu).
・The portrait rights in the photos and videos of this event belong to FC Tokyo, and they may be used in various materials and activity introductions. Please be aware of this in advance. In addition, the coverage of this event may be featured on the websites and other advertising media that introduce the activities of FC Tokyo and FC Tokyo Park Fuchu.
