Notice of Mobile Order Service for the Nagoya Match on 9/14 (Saturday)

At AO-AKA PARK, we will be implementing mobile ordering (pre-sale) with our stadium and arena solution, "UriCall".

"Uricall" is a mobile order service for pre-sales and payments, where you can go to the store at your desired time without waiting in line and without worrying about sold-out products to receive your items.
You can easily order stadium gourmet from your smartphone or computer without the need to download an app or register as a member.

□About Sales Methods
Please click "Order Here" and select your desired menu and pick-up time on the order page after accessing it.
In addition, it is possible to place orders for multiple stores' products together if they are in the same time zone.
※Please present the redemption number of the corresponding store when receiving, as a redemption number will be issued for each store.

・There may be a slight wait depending on the timing of the product or exchange.
- Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If the order is not picked up by the closing time of Aka Ao Park, it will be disposed of.
・It may take a few minutes for the order information to be reflected when using PayPay
・We recommend using Safari or Chrome as your browser. Feature phones are not available.
・Please do not choose LINE for identity verification when using the browser within the Twitter app.
・Please wait until the order completion screen is displayed after entering the payment information. To confirm whether the order has been placed, please check the order history screen.
・If you close the browser or leave the page before the order completion screen is displayed, the payment process may be completed. In such cases, the payment will be canceled a few days later, so there will be no burden on the user.
・A call notification will be sent from the system via SMS or LINE approximately 5 minutes before the designated time. Please present the call notification or the exchange number of the order history when exchanging the goods.
・The system of this service uses "UriCall" by Uhuru Corporation, and the details such as credit card transactions will be listed as "Uricall".
