About Viewing Manners for the Match Against Kashiwa on 4/11 (Friday)

This match will be held at the Japan National Stadium, so some spectator manners may differ.



□About J.League Unified Prohibition Rules
In order to provide a safe and comfortable match viewing experience for stadium visitors, FC Tokyo conducts safety management and security for matches based on management regulations. When attending a match, we ask for your support in accordance with the spirit of fair play, and to comply with the prohibited items within the stadium, as well as the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and management regulations.
Please note that the final decision on whether the act in question violates the match management regulations will be made by the J.League or each club.
In the event that prohibited acts or acts that pose security problems as stipulated in the management regulations are committed, you may be subject to expulsion or entry restrictions. Furthermore, please be aware that you may also be prohibited from entering matches at stadiums other than the one where the violation occurred.

□Regarding filming and use of footage inside the stadium during matches
Footage (including individual portraits of visitors, banners, flags, chants, etc.) taken for the purpose of use during match broadcasts inside the stadium (including concourses) may be used for the following purposes in addition to match broadcasts. Please be aware of this in advance.
(1) Use on large video screens inside the stadium and various monitors installed inside the stadium
(2) Use on J-League and club official media
(3) Use on news programs and related media
(4) Use in footage produced by J-League or designated parties (including partner companies) for production materials and various merchandise.



□ Prohibited Items
Except in cases deemed particularly necessary by the operations and safety manager, please refrain from bringing prohibited items as per the J League's unified prohibitions and the items listed in the following sections into the facility.
・Bottles and cans
*Please transfer the contents of bottles and cans into paper cups at the entrance gate before entering.
*Plastic bottles are allowed.

・Other items that security personnel deem may disrupt the operation or progress of the match, or pose a nuisance or danger to others


□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Gate Opening Time: 17:00
*This match will have reserved seating only, so early entry for SOCIO and corporate annual ticket holders will not be implemented.


(2) Entrance Gate
The entrance gate varies depending on the type of ticket. Please enter through the gate that corresponds to your ticket type. Even for the same seat type, please note that the entrance gates differ based on the north side, south side, and level.

(4) Waiting List Lottery Entry
Not implemented as all seats are designated seats.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.



□ Viewing Rules
(1) All seats are designated seats
When watching the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (such as moving to the front of the stand and calling out to players). Please watch the game from your designated seat.


(2)Standing Area

The first layer of home seats and the first layer of visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering. The standing area does not force people to stand. It is an area where people are not asked to sit down. Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.


(3) Visitor Goods Wearing Area

Watching the game while wearing visitor goods is only allowed in the following areas.
・Visitor Reserved Seat
・Main SS Reserved Seat South Side
・Main S Reserved Seat South Side
・Cushioned seats south side
・Wheelchair Mixed Free Seating
・Wheelchair Visitor General Admission

※Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side are mixed areas.
Visitors are not allowed to wear visitor goods or support the visiting team outside of the above area.
※Main SSS reserved seats are designated as FC Tokyo supporter seats, regardless of the north or south side, so please be aware.


(4) Concourse Access Restrictions
There are access restrictions within the concourse. Those wearing visitor team uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to access the North Side Stand (levels 1-3). Additionally, those wearing FC Tokyo uniforms and merchandise are not allowed to access the South Side Stand visitor designated seating area (levels 1-2), so please be aware.


(5) Banner (Flag/Banner) Display
The location for displaying banners (flags/banners, etc.) has been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

【Banner Display Time】
①FC Tokyo Banner
For those who are preparing banners (flags, banners), please gather at "H Gate" 120 minutes before the opening.
Banners (flags, banners) can also be displayed after the gate opens.

②Visitor Team Banner
This will be displayed after the gates open. Pre-display is not possible.
* Please confirm with the staff in advance and follow their instructions when displaying.
* The use of duct tape when installing banners is prohibited.



(6) Use of Musical Instruments
The use of musical instruments is only allowed in designated areas.

(3) Use of Flags
・Definition of a large flag: Flag part (at least 1m vertical × at least 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m
* As long as the size of the flag part or the pole is at least 1m in one place, it will be considered a large flag. However, L flags are not included as large flags.
・Area where large flags can be used

* Please note that it is prohibited to be in areas outside the designated zone to ensure the safety of all attendees.
* When using large flags, please be sure to pay sufficient attention to the surrounding customers. The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of flags if they determine that the content is defamatory, discriminatory, for advertising purposes, contrary to public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.



Installation and use of temporary handrails in front of standing seats
Installation and use are only possible if the following conditions are met and approved by FC Tokyo.
・Please be sure to cover the facility structure with cloth or similar material.
・In case of damage to the facility structure, FC Tokyo and the facility cannot be held responsible.



Prohibited Actions
Unless specifically deemed necessary by the management and safety officer, please refrain from engaging in any of the following actions at any facility, in accordance with the J-League's unified prohibited actions and the following items:
・Posting or displaying banners (flags, banners, etc.) that may be considered defamatory or discriminatory is prohibited. As a general rule of society and as a club, if we determine that it constitutes defamation or discrimination, we will remove the display items, issue a warning for the behavior, and if it continues, ask the person to leave. In addition, if such prohibited acts are committed, there may be a penalty of being banned from attending subsequent matches.
・Use of gum tape when attaching a banner.
・Bring and use confetti, streamers, and balloons.
・Use of laser pointers.
・Throwing of all objects, including stones, coins, bottles, cans, fireworks, and smoke bombs, from the stands.
・Intentional place holding (flags, ropes, tapes, flagpoles, etc.). Please click here for more information.
・No bringing or using drums, etc. or large flags outside the designated area.
・Act of "straddling, sitting, standing up" on the front fence of the stands.
- Watching and cheering by standing up on the chair or putting your feet on the backrest of the chair.
- Watching and supporting the game by leaning forward from the front of the upper stand.
・Group cheering activities in the concourse.
・Acts that may interfere with the operation or progress of the game, or cause inconvenience or danger to others, as determined by security personnel.



□ Other
・Please refrain from waiting for players near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
- We cannot store baby strollers. If you come to the venue with a baby stroller, please use the baby stroller storage area near the entrance gate. We cannot take any responsibility for loss or damage.
・There is no general parking lot at the Japan National Stadium, so please use public transportation.
