The annual "Chofu Day" will also be held on the same day, with various events planned.

1. Creation of the Special "Chofu City 70th Anniversary Day" T-Shirt
To commemorate the holding of "Chofu City 70th Anniversary Day," a special T-shirt has been created.

2. Exhibition of the "Chofu City 70th Anniversary Commemorative Day Special Booth" (Inside the venue)

We plan to set up a PR booth for Chofu City and more inside AO-AKA PARK supported by JOYPOLIS, Ajipanda Square (South Plaza)!

・Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics PR
We will promote the "Tokyo 2025 Deaflympics" to be held in November 2025. The "Deaflympics" is a world competition for athletes who are deaf or hard of hearing, and in Chofu City, Keio Arena TOKYO (Musashino Forest Sports Plaza) will serve as the badminton venue.
At the PR booth, in addition to panel displays, we will hold a workshop for the support project "Bouquet of Cheers Project," where participants can draw pictures of flowers filled with their feelings of support.
Furthermore, among those who participate in the workshop, a lottery will be held to invite winners to the halftime pitch lap on the day! Please be sure to join the workshop.

Chofu City Library plans to distribute 'The One Book Recommended by FC Tokyo Players 2025,' which is published annually.

・Activity Report Exhibition by Chofu Peace Messenger Juniors
In Chofu City, in collaboration with FC Tokyo, 10 elementary school students in the city have been appointed as 'Peace Messenger Juniors' and are engaged in peace education.
Panels showing the activities and message boards summarizing thoughts on peace will be exhibited.

・Promotion of Chofu Tourism Information
We will disseminate tourism information about Chofu, which is full of many attractions such as Jindaiji Temple, the 'Chofu Fireworks,' 'Chofu, the Town of Movies,' and 'Chofu, the Birthplace of Mizuki Manga.'
・PR to Reduce Special Fraud Damage
Regarding the nationwide increase in special fraud damage, we will conduct PR activities in cooperation with the Chofu Police Station to reduce special fraud damage.
A police car will be on display on the day.
4. "Chofu City 70th Anniversary Commemoration Day" Original Video Screening
On the large video screen inside the stadium, we will screen the original video for "Chofu City 70th Anniversary Commemoration Day," featuring Yurika Tachibana, familiar to FC Tokyo fans and supporters, and TOKYO DOROMPA, FC Tokyo's official mascot character.

5. Taiko Drum Performance
To commemorate the 70th anniversary of Chofu City’s establishment and the 60th anniversary of the children’s center opening, a taiko drum performance of the piece "Chofu-kko Dondon Bayashi," composed for this occasion, will be held by the children of Chofu at Ajipen Plaza. Please enjoy the children’s full-hearted performance.

7. 70th Anniversary Message of City Establishment in Tobitakyu
To commemorate the 70th anniversary of the city establishment, a commemorative message has been displayed in front of Tobitakyu Station in collaboration with Chofu City. Please be sure to see it on site.

Chofu City, the hometown of FC Tokyo, was established in 1955 when Chofu Town and Jindai Town merged. Since then, while preserving the rich nature of Musashino, it has continued to develop as a convenient and culturally rich city, celebrating its 70th anniversary as a city on April 1, 2025. In its basic plan, Chofu City promotes "sports development in collaboration with various entities including FC Tokyo," and has supported FC Tokyo, which uses Ajinomoto Stadium (Nishicho, Chofu City) as its home stadium, since 1999. Moving forward, Chofu City will continue to work closely with FC Tokyo to further promote local sports and revitalize the community, and will promote itself nationwide as "Chofu, the city that supports FC Tokyo."
