School Exchange Match for Grades 3-6 (vs Tokyo Verdy)

On September 15 (Mon, public holiday), "Sec. 29 of the 2025 Meiji Yasuda J1 League 29 FC Tokyo vs Tokyo Verdy" before the match, at the "AGF Field" adjacent to Ajinomoto Stadium,FC Tokyo soccer and futsal school students and Tokyo Verdy soccer school students held an exchange match!


This time, approximately 70 students from both schools participated, targeting grades 3 to 6.
Energetic children took to the pitch, and an exciting, passionate match unfolded!


The exchange matches were held divided by grade, with separate courts for grades 3-4 and 5-6, each playing 7-a-side (7vs7) games.
Every match was intense, with a strong feeling of "We can't lose!" conveyed between the teams, naturally fueling the enthusiasm of the supporters!



Furthermore, students from both schools cheered on their teammates while singing chants just like the top team.
Passionate cheers flew back and forth both on and off the pitch, enveloping the entire venue in great excitement♪



At the closing ceremony, FC Tokyo top team players Teruhito NAKAGAWA and Kota TAWARATSUMIDA made a surprise appearance!



The unexpected guests sparked loud cheers and applause from the children, and the venue was filled with great excitement.
Players NAKAGAWA and TAWARATSUMIDA sent encouraging messages to the school students and called out, "Let's passionately support the upcoming top team match together!"


At the end, everyone took a commemorative group photo and wrapped up the exchange match with high-fives with the players!



Through this exchange match, the children experienced the thrill of serious competition and the joy of cheering with peers of the same age.
We hope this experience will lead to their future growth and motivation for soccer!
