□ Tournament Overview
The top 16 teams (excluding second teams of Premier League teams) from the 9 regions (Hokkaido, Tohoku, Kanto, Hokushinetsu, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku, Shikoku, Kyushu) of the Prince League of the JFA U-18 Soccer Prince League 2019.
Hokkaido: 2 teams, Tohoku: 2 teams, Kanto: 3 teams, Hokushinetsu: 2 teams, Tokai: 1 team, Kansai: 1 team, Chugoku: 2 teams, Shikoku: 1 team, Kyushu: 2 teams
The number of spots for each region is determined by the performance points in the 2nd division of the 2019 Prince League for each participating team (excluding the second teams of Premier League teams).
□Tournament Format
16 teams will be divided into 4 groups and compete in a knockout tournament to determine the winner of each group, for a total of 4 teams. These 4 teams will earn the right to participate in the 2020 High School Prince League.
