About spectator manners for the 6/5 (Sat) Shonan match

In addition to the J.League common spectator manners and rules, a new set of guidelines for preventing the spread of the novel coronavirus has been established. We will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League Guidelines for Preventing the Spread of the Novel Coronavirus during the super strict security measures and strict security measures for matches.

There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by each local government.



□Requirements for All Attendees
(1) If you are feeling unwell, please have the courage to refrain from attending.
・If you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, or abnormalities in taste or smell.
・If there are suspected cases of infection among family members or close acquaintances.
・If you have traveled to countries or regions that require entry restrictions or observation periods by the government within the last 14 days, or have had close contact with residents of those areas.
・If you have a history of a positive PCR test,
① For symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptoms have improved (if it has been more than 72 hours since symptoms improved but less than 10 days since the onset of symptoms).
② For asymptomatic individuals, less than 10 days since a positive PCR test.
(2) Please do not engage in handshakes or hugs.
(3) Please maintain social distance (during entry and exit, in restroom lines, etc.).
* Especially just before the match starts and during halftime, restrooms and concession stands may be crowded, so please use them at different times if possible.
(4) Please wear a mask at all times in the stadium.
* Staff will remind those not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
* Infants under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch without a mask, as per the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare announcement (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children).
For preschoolers aged 2 and older, wearing a mask is recommended, but if they do wear one, parents and surrounding adults should pay close attention to the child's condition.
If the child is feeling unwell or if it is difficult for them to wear a mask continuously, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing with the help of parents.
(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands frequently.
* From an infection prevention perspective, please bring your own disinfectant (portable bottles, etc.) if possible.
(6) Bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If discovered, it will be confiscated (non-returnable).

□Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief

□ Entry and Exit to the Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher. Please note that even if entry is refused, there will be no refund. Also, when refusing entry, we may ask for your contact information.
(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to sanitize your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles or similar containers and perform frequent hand sanitization from the perspective of infection prevention.
(3) We do not organize a waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The opening time is usually 90 minutes before kickoff, but please check the official website as it may be subject to change.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.
(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (Refer to the diagram below)
・Main Gate: Main SS Reserved Seat, Main S Reserved Seat, Home Seat
・Back Gate: Back Seat

(5) We will implement re-entry using the following method.
①Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when exiting the stadium at the gate.
At Gate 2, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③Once you have confirmed your re-entry card, you will be able to re-enter.
Re-entry gates: Main gate, back gate
Re-entry time: From opening (scheduled for 12:30) until halftime
(6) There will be no restrictions on exiting, but we ask for your cooperation in preventing the spread of infection by adjusting your time, etc.
※Please understand and cooperate by keeping a distance from the people around you when leaving the field.

□ Events and Shops
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
※Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(2) Greetings outside the mascot's area and in the concourse are not allowed.
※Details of mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
(3) Food and beverage (excluding alcohol) sales are available.
※Alcohol sales are not available. Also, bringing alcohol is prohibited. Drinking alcohol inside the venue is strictly prohibited. If found, it will be confiscated. (Non-refundable)

(5) Smoking areas are not provided inside the stadium.

□ How to Watch
(1) All seats are designated seats. When watching, it is prohibited to move from your seat (sitting next to someone without maintaining distance, moving to the front of the stand to talk to players, moving to a dry place in case of rain, etc.).
(2) There are no visitor seats available.
Visitors are not allowed to come and support the visiting team, so please understand. Please note that you cannot enter, watch, or support while wearing the visiting team's uniform or merchandise, so please understand in advance.
(3) Even outside the stadium, please ensure social distancing and avoid actions such as shouting, singing, cheering, and gathering that pose a risk of infection.
(4) The seating arrangement will be in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty in front, behind, left, and right.
However, please note that there may be some overlapping seats due to the structure of the stadium. Thank you for your understanding in advance.


Support Style

The prohibited actions are as follows:
- Inciting support
- Using megaphones including Tramega
- Playing drums and other musical instruments
- High fives, shoulder hugging
- Cheering with big flags
- Acts such as displaying gate flags in seats that inconvenience other customers
- Watching the game while standing
- Actions that inconvenience neighboring residents
※ Applause and hand clapping are allowed.
※ The use of drums, cheering harisen, and other musical instruments that can be played in your own seat may be allowed at the discretion of the host club, but at FC Tokyo, in order to prevent the spread of infection and avoid trouble between visitors, these actions will continue to be prohibited for both FC Tokyo and visiting teams.

Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display locations have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those who are preparing banners in advance, please gather at the "Main Gate" 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that we will also conduct temperature checks for those who have made prior preparations, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
In addition, it is also possible to display banners (flags, banners) after the gates are opened.

※The use of duct tape when attaching banners is prohibited.


□ Other Prohibited Items
- Please refrain from parking without permission and littering on the roads and facilities around the stadium, as well as any actions that may cause inconvenience to the nearby residents, such as noise.
- When visiting, please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
- Please refrain from waiting for the players or conducting any activities near the player bus area or the vicinity of the staff entrance.
- If you do not have a ticket, please do not come to the stadium or its surroundings.

Q1. Are there any food and beverage shops?
A1. We will have four food trucks set up next to the main gate.
However, alcoholic beverages are not sold. Please check the official website or other sources for information on the stores and operating hours.

Q2. Can I bring drinks or food containing alcohol?
A2. Alcohol is prohibited. We ask that you refrain from drinking alcohol inside the stadium in order to observe proper spectator etiquette. Bringing in food and beverages other than alcohol is not restricted. However, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups as usual.

Q3. Is there a merchandise store?
A3. The merchandise store will be open for business, but sales will be reduced in scale compared to normal times.
Please also consider using the OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP to avoid crowded places.

Q4. Is there a gachagacha?
A4. We sell gachagacha, but we do not sell them in regular cabinets. Instead, our sales staff will hand them to you. Also, please refrain from activities that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.

Q5. Are there wheelchair seats available?
