1. Those who fall under the following categories will be refused entry.
①Those with a body temperature of 37.5℃ or higher
②Those with a history of positive PCR test, (1) for symptomatic individuals, within 72 hours after symptom improvement (even if more than 72 hours have passed since symptom improvement, those within 10 days from the onset date).
(2) In asymptomatic cases, if it is within 10 days after a positive PCR test.
③Those who have family members or close acquaintances who are suspected of being infected
④Those who have traveled to countries or regions that have been subject to entry restrictions and observation periods by the government within the past 14 days, or those who have had close contact with residents of such countries or regions
If you do not fall under the above category, please refrain from attending if you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell).
2. We will conduct temperature checks upon entry.
Cannot enter if the temperature is 37.5 degrees or higher. Please note that even if entry is refused, there will be no refund. Also, when refusing entry, we may ask for your contact information.
3. Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
Wearing a mask is required with a 100% compliance rate as a condition for relaxing the restrictions on the number of attendees. If you are not wearing a mask, our staff will kindly remind you to do so. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Infants under 2 years old are allowed to enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 5 in Section 6 regarding pregnant women and children). We recommend that preschoolers aged 2 and above wear masks, but if they choose to wear masks, please make sure that parents and adults around them pay sufficient attention to the child's condition. If the child is not feeling well or if wearing a mask continuously is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear one. If not wearing a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with the parents.
4. Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
From the perspective of infection prevention, please bring your own disinfectant in a portable bottle, etc., and frequently disinfect your hands.

8. We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time when you come to the venue.
If the match is held on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, the gates will open 120 minutes before kickoff.
If the match is held on a weekday, the gates will open 90 minutes before kick-off.

When watching the game, it is prohibited to move from your seat (sitting next to someone without maintaining distance, moving to the front of the stand to shout at the players, moving to a dry place during rain, etc.).

2. Mascots will not greet outside the venue or on the concourse.

3. Food and drink sales will be available.
Information about the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.
In addition, bringing drinks and food containing alcohol is allowed. However, as usual, bottles and cans need to be transferred to paper cups.
4. Alcohol sales will resume.
From the J-League, it has been decided that alcohol sales will be permitted after October 30th, and FC Tokyo will resume selling alcoholic beverages at each food and drink stall. However, please be aware that consuming alcohol may lead to increased excitement and a higher risk of infection, such as speaking loudly and causing inconvenience to other visitors. Therefore, if you consume alcoholic beverages, please understand and cooperate in preventing the spread of infection by not speaking loudly and not causing inconvenience to those around you.
*Alcoholic beverage sales will be conducted until the closing time of each stall. There will be no sales by uricall.
5. Merchandise sales will be conducted.
The stores that will be implementing this will be announced on the official homepage, etc.
6. No smoking areas will be set up inside the stadium.
We will conduct a lap of FC Tokyo players.
There will be no regulation expulsion, but we kindly ask for your cooperation in infection prevention measures such as adjusting the time.
Please understand and cooperate by leaving a space between yourself and the people around you when leaving the field.
・Regarding the viewing date and seat number of individuals who have tested positive for infection, we may disclose this information on the official website and official social media platforms in accordance with the guidance of the health center and raise awareness.
・If it is determined to be close contact, we may inform the health center of customer information based on the guidance of the health center.
・If a positive infection is confirmed by PCR test after the end of the game, or if it is determined to be a close contact, or if it falls within 48 hours before the onset of the game day, or if it falls within the period until the game day is isolated as a close contact (including voluntary isolation), please contact Tokyo Football Club Co., Ltd. ・Please do not come to the stadium or its vicinity if you do not have a ticket.
