About spectator manners for the 12/4 Fukuoka match

Regarding matches during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will proceed with preparations in accordance with the J.League COVID-19 Infection Control Guidelines, in addition to the existing J.League common spectator manners & rules.

There is a possibility that restrictions, transition periods, and operating methods may change suddenly due to the spread of the new coronavirus infection, government announcements, and decisions by each local government.



□Things required of all visitors
(1) If it is difficult for you to attend, please have the courage to refrain from doing so.
・If you are not feeling well (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, fatigue, abnormal taste or smell)
・If you have a family member or close acquaintance who is suspected of being infected
・If you have traveled to a country or region where the government has imposed entry restrictions or a post-arrival observation period within the past 14 days, or if you have had close contact with a resident of such country or region
・If you have a history of testing positive for PCR,
① If you have symptoms, within 72 hours after your symptoms have improved (even if it has been more than 72 hours since your symptoms improved but less than 10 days since the onset of symptoms).
② If you are asymptomatic, within 10 days after testing positive for PCR.

(2) Please refrain from shaking hands, hugging, etc.

(3) Please maintain social distance (when entering and exiting, in lines for the restroom, etc.).
※Please use the restroom and shops during the match start or halftime as they may be crowded. Please try to use them at a different time if possible.

(4) Please always wear a mask at the stadium.
As announced by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, even after receiving the vaccine, please continue to wear masks as a preventive measure against infection.
※We will ask the staff to speak to those who are not wearing masks, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
※Infants under 2 years old can enter and watch the game without wearing a mask, as stated in the announcement by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Question 12 regarding the impact on infants and children). We recommend that preschoolers aged 2 and above wear masks, but if they choose to wear masks, please make sure that parents and adults around them pay sufficient attention to the child's condition. If the child is not feeling well or if wearing a mask continuously is difficult, there is no need to force them to wear it. If you choose not to wear a mask, we kindly ask for your cooperation in other infection prevention measures such as social distancing, along with the parents, to prevent the spread of infection.

(5) Please wash your hands and sanitize your hands frequently.
※Please bring disinfectant (portable bottle, etc.) as much as possible from the perspective of infection prevention.

(6)We sell alcohol.
Drinking alcohol can make you feel more confident and prone to speaking loudly, which increases the risk of infection. If you are consuming alcoholic beverages, please understand and cooperate in preventing the spread of infection by not speaking loudly and not causing inconvenience to other visitors around you.
※Alcoholic beverages will be sold until the closing time of each store.
※Please transfer the contents of the bottle or can to a paper cup.


□Items to bring when watching a game
When visiting the stadium, please bring the following items in addition to your admission ticket.
・Mask
・Handkerchief


Entrance and Exit to □ Stadium
(1) Temperature will be measured at the entrance gate, and entry will not be allowed if it is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.
No refunds will be given even if entry is refused, so please understand in advance. Also, please note that we may ask for your contact information when refusing entry.

(2) Hand sanitizers will be installed at all entrances. Please be sure to disinfect your hands.
※Please bring disinfectant in portable bottles, etc. from the perspective of infection prevention and perform frequent hand disinfection.

(3) We do not organize the waiting line to secure the order of entry before the opening.
Please refrain from forming a pre-waiting line around the stadium.
The gate opening time is 120 minutes before the start of the game, but please check the official homepage as it may be subject to change.
※Please come to the venue with plenty of time to allow for social distancing.
※There may be a longer wait time for entry in order to prioritize safety.

(4) Please use the following gates for each seat type as much as possible to avoid congestion. (Refer to the diagram below)

(5) Re-entry will be conducted using the following method.
①Please make sure to bring your ticket stub or QR ticket with you when leaving the stadium at the gate.
At Gate 2, please present your ticket stub or QR ticket and we will distribute a re-entry card.
③You can re-enter once you have confirmed your re-entry card.
Re-entry gates: Main Gate 4, North Gate 1, Back Gate 1 (see diagram above)
Re-entry time: From opening (scheduled for 12:00) until halftime

(6) There will be no restrictions on exiting, but we ask for your cooperation in preventing infection by adjusting your time, etc.
※Please understand and cooperate by leaving enough space between yourself and others when leaving the field, even when being substituted.


□Events and Merchandise Stands
(1) Events will be held with sufficient consideration for social distancing.
*Information regarding the events to be held will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(2) Greetings by the mascot outside the field and in the concourse are not allowed.
*Details of mascot appearances will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(3) Food and beverage sales will be conducted.
*Information regarding the food and beverage vendors that will be implemented will be provided on the official homepage, etc.

(4) Goods sales will be conducted.
※The stores where it will be conducted will be announced on the official homepage, etc.

(5) Smoking areas are not provided inside the stadium.


□How to Watch
(1) All seats are reserved. Moving from your seat during the game is prohibited.
※You can move to the front of the stand without leaving a gap, call out to the players, and move to a dry place in case of rain.

(2) The lower home and visitor seats can be used as standing areas for cheering.

The standing area (lower home general admission) does not require standing. It is an area where you do not have to tell people to sit down. Standing and watching in other areas is prohibited.


(3) Spectating while wearing visitor goods is only allowed in the following areas: Erik
Visitor seats, Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side
※Main SS designated seats south side, Main S designated seats south side are mixed areas.
※The seat types where visitors can wear the visitor team's uniforms and goods and support the visitor team are the "Main SS designated seat south side", "Main S designated seat south side", and "Visitor seat" mentioned above. All other seat types will be FC Tokyo's cheering seats.

(4) Even outside the stadium, please maintain social distance and avoid behaviors that pose a risk of infection, such as shouting, singing, and gathering closely together.

(5) Please take a seat in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty on each side, in accordance with the J.League's new coronavirus infection control guidelines.



Support Style

(1) The prohibited actions are as follows.
・Encouraging support (excluding leading hand clapping with drums)
・Cheering by singing and shouting, whistle blowing
・Use of megaphones including Tramega
・High fives, shoulder hugging
・Support using big flags
・Acts such as displaying gate flags or other actions that may inconvenience surrounding spectators
・Watching the game while standing (excluding lower level home seats and visitor seats)
※Applause and hand clapping are allowed.

(2) Regarding the use of musical instruments
・Available noisemakers: Drums only (no other noisemakers are allowed)
・Seating available for drums:
1. Some seats in the lower home section (Seat numbers: N17 161–174, N16 161–174, N15 161–173)

(3) Use of large flags
Definition of a large flag: Flag part (at least 1m vertical × at least 1m horizontal) + pole at least 1m
* If the size of the flag part or pole is at least 1m in any one place, it qualifies as a large flag.

※ Please note that it is prohibited in areas other than the designated areas to ensure the safety of all attendees.
※ When using large flags, please be careful of those around you.
The organizer may prohibit the bringing in and use of items deemed defamatory, slanderous, racist, for advertising purposes, against public order and morals, or otherwise inappropriate for the match venue.


Regarding the display of banners (flags, banners, etc.)
Banner (flags, banners, etc.) display locations have been determined. Please refrain from displaying them in locations other than the designated ones. Please follow the instructions of the staff when displaying them.

For those who are preparing banners in advance, please gather at the "Euro Sports Ajinomoto Stadium Store Triangle Plaza" inside the stadium grounds 120 minutes before the opening.
Please note that we will also conduct temperature checks for those who have made prior preparations, and if the temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher, you will not be allowed to enter. Additionally, banners (flags, banners) can be displayed after the gates open.

□ Other Prohibited Items
・Please arrive at the stadium after the opening time.
・Please refrain from waiting near the player bus area and the entrance for officials.
・Those without tickets should not come to the stadium or its surroundings.
Please comply with the J.League Unified Prohibition Rules (J.League Common Viewing Manners & Rules) and the FC Tokyo Soccer Match Management Regulations, as well as the J.League Guidelines for COVID-19 Response.


□ Q&A
Q1. Is there a shuttle bus?
A1. Currently under adjustment. We will inform you on the official website as soon as details are decided.

Q2. Will AO-AKA PARK be held?
A2. We plan to hold AO-AKA PARK with 15 food trucks at Onigiri Maru Square and Ajipanda Square.

Q3. Can I bring food and drinks that contain alcohol?
A3. Bringing alcohol is allowed. However, as with normal times, bottles and cans must be transferred to paper cups.

Q4. Are there food and drink stalls inside the stadium?
A4. Stadium stalls are in operation. Please check the official website for the operating stores.

Q5. Are there merchandise stalls?
A5. Merchandise stalls will be open, but sales will be on a smaller scale than usual. Please consider using the official online shop to avoid crowding.

Q6. Are there gacha machines?
A6. They are available for sale, but please refrain from actions that may cause crowding, such as exchanging products.
