・We have summarized the frequently asked questions from our customers in a Q&A format and would like to inform you.



Thank you very much for your support and encouragement to FC Tokyo.
Regarding the "2022 Season Tickets", we will start accepting applications from Dec 1 (Wed) 15:00.


□Q&A about the 2022 Season Tickets
Q1. If I purchase "Home General Admission" or "Back General Admission" and choose the "Pre-allocated Seating" option, will I be able to sit next to family or friends who also purchased season tickets?
A. There is a section in the "Questionnaire form for preferred areas" where you can fill in your preference for adjacent seats. If you could please fill it out there, we will confirm your request and arrange the seating accordingly.
※If you are watching with family or friends who are not annual ticket holders, please check [Q4].

Q2. What rules are used to determine seating during restricted matches using the pre-allocated seating method?
A. We will assign seats for designated seats based on the usual seat position and adjacent seat preferences. For general admission seats, we will assign seats based on the rules set by the club, taking into account the customer's requests.

Q3. If I purchase "Home General Admission" or "Back General Admission" and choose the "Advance Seating Method", can I request specific seats such as front row or aisle seats? What happens if the desired area is already full?
A. There is a "Request Field" where you can freely fill in your requests in the questionnaire form, so please fill in your requests there if you have any. However, due to limited number of seats, we may not be able to fulfill all requests, so please understand. Also, we will ask for up to 3 preferred areas, and assign seats within the requested area. In case all 3 preferred areas are already full, we will contact you individually from the club and ask for a different preferred area.

Q4. Can I only move to other seats when watching with family or friends if I choose the "Advance Seating Method"?
A. If you choose the 【Advance Seating】 method, you will not be able to move to a different seat as a season ticket holder, as the seating for the entire season is determined at the beginning of the season. If you wish to move to a different seat only when watching with family or friends, we recommend purchasing separate tickets and listing the seat of the season ticket for official resale.
※Please note that official resale is not always guaranteed and if it is established, there will be a handling fee.

Q5. Will there be SOCIO pre-sale for the 2022 season as well?
→A.2022 Season, SOCIO members will be able to purchase tickets first through SOCIO pre-sale.

Q6. I do not wish to have automatic renewal, but is it possible to purchase the same seat as last year?
A. For seat types with the same seat rights (pair seats, main SS, main S, back center UF, back center), even if you do not wish to continue automatically, the same seat will be secured if the application is completed by 12/21 (Tue) from the application to the payment.

Q7. Is it possible to change from [pre-allocated seating method] to [refund method] or from [refund method] to [pre-allocated seating method] after purchase?
A. Changes cannot be made after purchase, so please make sure to check the details carefully and proceed with the purchase.

Q8. How do I continue with a pair seat?
A.2022 season is also in a waiting list status, so we will send a separate application form for continuation to those who have purchased the 2021 season. Please proceed with the continuation procedure from there.

From the 2022 season, we will implement automatic renewal for both the "2022 Annual Ticket" and the "2022 Club Support Member".
If you wish to have automatic renewal at the time of application, please be sure to check the "Regarding the automatic renewal of the 2022 Annual Ticket and Club Support Member".

①Access the above URL and log in with the J.League ID that is linked to the SOCIO Club Support Member
②Display the card of the member information (SOCIO or Club Support Member) that you want to confirm and select "Member Menu"
③Select "Member Information Inquiry" and check the "【SOCIO・CSM】Automatic Continuation" section
④If "Yes"→wish to continue automatically
If "No" or "No Answer"→do not wish to continue automatically
※If you wish to cancel automatic renewal, please request cancellation of automatic renewal on the "Automatic Renewal Content/Change Confirmation Page" which will open on Dec 1 (Wed). Those who do not wish to continue automatic renewal at the time of applying for the 2021 season cannot change to automatic renewal at this time.

2022 U-5 tickets will also start accepting applications amidst the uncertain future due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but sales will be conducted in a different manner than usual.
Please make sure to check the details of this page and the annual ticket page, and proceed with the necessary procedures after confirming and agreeing.

※"Remote Match" and "Limited Match" have different methods of admission and refund depending on the purchase method, so please check the details below for "Pre-Seat Method" and "Refund Method".


□Major Changes for the 2022 Season
Change ①You can choose either "Pre-Seat Method" or "Refund Method".
In the 2021 season, we sold annual tickets using the "refund method". However, based on the survey results we received from SOCIO, for the 2022 season, we will prepare both the "pre-allocated seating method" and the "refund method".
Based on the J.League's guidelines for preventing the spread of the new coronavirus, when games are held with limited capacity and seating, you will need to choose either the "pre-allocated seating method" or the "refund method" for exercising your annual ticket rights before applying.

[About Pre-Seat Allocation and Refund Methods]



[For those who have purchased "Home General Admission" or "Back General Admission" with the option to choose a seating method in advance]
In the case of a restricted game where all seats are designated, please sit in the seat with the seat seal that has been assigned in advance. After applying, you will receive a payment completion email with a URL to an questionnaire form where you can indicate your desired area and adjacent seat preference.
※Please note that the club will determine the seating position, so we cannot accept detailed seat requests. Thank you for your understanding.

Change Point ②We will establish a new designated seat for Main SSS.
・There are a total of 4 blocks, 2 blocks each on the north and south sides, closer to the center, in the lower level of the main stand designated as Ningineer.S seats.
・We will sell two blocks on the north side (compared to the home side) as annual tickets.
・You can continue to watch the game from the same seat in the following years.
・Due to limited seating, tickets will be sold through a lottery system for annual ticket holders. For those who are interested, please apply for seats other than the Main SSS Reserved Seats and indicate in the "Comments" section that you would like the Main SSS Reserved Seats. (Valid until Dec 21 (Tue) for payment)
・We will contact only the winners by the end of December.

Seating Arrangement

Change ③ We will lower the annual ticket prices starting from the 2021 season.

※U-18: For those who are 18 years old or younger (born on or after Jan 1, 2004)
※Senior: For those aged 65 and above (those born before December 31, 1957)


□In case of "remote matches" or "restricted matches"
The refundable matches will differ depending on the "pre-allocated seating method" or "refund method" selected at the time of purchasing the annual ticket. For details, please refer to the above "About Pre-Allocated Seating Method and Refund Method".

・Refund amount per match

(Annual ticket amount - Annual ticket operating cost) ÷ Number of annual ticket eligible matches × Number of refundable matches
※We will refund the amount deducted from the selling price as the annual ticket operating cost, which is a flat rate of "5,800 yen".
※Refunds will be made in a lump sum after the end of the season.
※Regardless of seat type/ticket type/years of continuous use, the operating COSTA will be the same.
※No need to return for various benefits of annual tickets.

・In case of a restricted match where the "pre-allocated seating method" is applied
Regardless of the seat spacing of other seat types, please sit in a checkerboard pattern with one seat empty in front, back, left, and right for home seats and home UF designated seats.

・In case of a restricted match with less than 10,000 people
Regardless of the purchase method, it will be eligible for refund and will be refunded in a lump sum after the end of the season based on the "refund amount per match".


□Regarding the sending of continuation information
The sending of continuation information has ended from the 2021 season. Please continue using your J.League ID registered for the 2021 season.
If you wish to apply by paper, please apply from the "Request for Materials" page, which is scheduled to open on Nov 30 (Tue).

□About "Pair Sheet" cancellation waiting list
"Pair Seats" are sold out, but if there are any vacancies for the 2022 season, they will be prioritized for those who continue with SOCIO. If you wish to be on the waiting list, please indicate so in the Request Column when applying. □ For those who have purchased Corporate Annual TicketsWe will inform you separately about the handling of Corporate Annual Tickets at a later date.
