On Saturday, October 25, before the match against Fagiano Okayama, we will hold a "Walking Football Experience Exchange Meeting" at Mizuno Futsal Plaza Chofu, located behind Ajipen Square (North Square).
People of all ages and genders, regardless of soccer experience, are welcome to easily participate. Whether you are kicking a ball for the first time, have never played walking football before, are an FC Tokyo fan or supporter, or a Fagiano Okayama supporter, everyone is warmly welcomed.
You can maintain your exercise volume without overexertion, so please try it as an alternative to walking.
We look forward to your visit.

□What is Walking Football
Walking football is "soccer played by walking."
It is said that football for seniors aged 55 and over, held in England in July 2011, is the origin.
The Japan Football Association has introduced a unique Japanese rule called "non-contact (not going for the ball)" so that even those who have never played soccer, are not good at exercise, or have disabilities can play without fear.
