2/23 (Wed, Holiday) Iwata Match, 2/26 (Sat) Nagoya Match Wheelchair Seats, Disabled Parking and Magnetic Loop Seats

Regarding the wheelchair seats, disabled parking spaces, and magnetic loop seats for the Júbilo Iwata match on Feb 23 (Wed, holiday) and the Nagoya Grampus match on Feb 26 (Sat), the operation methods will be as follows.

□How to Use Wheelchair Seats
No advance reservation is required for using wheelchair seats.
Please purchase tickets and come directly to the stadium.

1. Viewing Area
"Main S Front North Side" "Main S Front South Side" Wheelchair Seats (Former Permanent Wheelchair Seats/13 seats each)
"Main S Rear North Side" "Main S Rear South Side" "Back Rear" "Back Center Rear" Wheelchair Seats (Former Temporary Wheelchair Seats/Approximately 40 seats)
※Wheelchair seats in the home section, visitor section, and rear of the south side section are not available for use.



2. Ticket Purchase
Only one accompanying person is allowed, and for 2 or more people, please note that they will be watching the game from the seat of the purchased ticket.

▽Home Wheelchair Seats
※This is the cheering section for FC Tokyo.
(1) If you have a disability certificate, please purchase a home seat ticket regardless of the wheelchair seat type for watching the game.


(2) If you do not have a disability certificate, please purchase a ticket for the wheelchair seating area where you can watch the game.

※Main S Front (North/South) Wheelchair Seats are prioritized for those with disability certificates. Please note that depending on the usage on the day, you may be guided to the Main S Rear (North/South) Wheelchair Seats, so please understand in advance.

▽Visitor Wheelchair Seats
※The only wheelchair seats available for wearing visitor team uniforms and goods are the Main S Front Wheelchair Seats (South) and the Main S Rear Wheelchair Seats (South).
※Please note that other seat types will be FC Tokyo's cheering seats.

3. Wheelchair Accessible Entrance
. You can also enter from the main gate.
※Please be sure to bring your disability certificate as we may check it at the wheelchair entrance.



4. Notes
We ask for your cooperation in preventing the spread of infection.
①Temperature Measurement
On the day of the event, temperature measurement will be conducted at the entrance gates and wheelchair entrances (ground floor). Please note that if your temperature is 37.5℃ or higher, you will be denied entry even if you have a ticket. Thank you for your understanding.
② About seat spacing
Please be seated with a space between seats.
③Understanding the viewing location
To identify and notify close contacts in case of infection, on the day of the match, staff will check the seat number of the purchased ticket and the wheelchair seat number in the wheelchair seating area where you will be watching (including accompanying persons).


□Disabled parking
Advance reservation is required. Please make sure to apply during the application period as parking is not available for those without a reservation.

① Fill in the necessary information on the application form, attach it to an email, and submit the application.

1. Name (Furigana) 2. Address 3. Phone number 4. Email address 4. Name of the person concerned (if different from the applicant) 5. Preferred seat for watching (wheelchair seat or general spectator seat) 6. Vehicle information (manufacturer, model, color, license plate number)
◇Please download the attached PDF at the bottom for the application form for disabled parking spaces.
※For those applying for the first time this season, please be sure to submit a copy of your disability certificate.

(2) We will send you the information for the day of the match by email until 2 business days before the match day.
※If you do not receive an email by the day before the match, please contact the following inquiry desk.
※Please note that we are unable to accept individual inquiries regarding the results of the lottery.
※Please make sure to set your email to receive emails from "@fctokyo.co.jp" so that you can receive our notification emails.

※Please note that the period is shorter due to the ticket sales period. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
※Please note that we cannot accept applications before the start of the application period or after the deadline.


□Magnetic Loop Seats
Ajinomoto Stadium offers "Magnetic Loop Seats" for those using hearing aids. These seats use the "telecoil" function on the hearing aid to deliver sound picked up by the microphone.
※Tickets may not be available for sale in advance for the Jubilo Iwata match on February 23 (Wed, holiday) and the Nagoya Grampus match on February 26 (Sat) due to a maximum capacity of 20,000 people. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

※Please note that seat selection is not available.

2. How to Use

※ If you have a disability certificate, please also submit a copy of the disability certificate at the time of the initial season application.

(2) Tickets and invoices will be sent by mail up to 2 business days before the match day.

4. Other
(1)This service requires hearing aids with telecoil function, so please prepare them on your own.
