*From the start date of refunds, we will sequentially send information regarding the refund process from "refundss@pia.co.jp" to the registered email address. We will send it to eligible customers in order, so depending on the situation, the delivery of the notification email may be after the evening of the start date. Please be aware of this in advance.
*The refund process will be available until Dec 23 (Fri) 23:59, and if the deadline is exceeded, the right will expire and the refund will be declined, so please be aware of this in advance.

From Nov 8 (Tue), we will sequentially send the necessary emails for the procedure from "refundss@pia.co.jp". Please log in from the URL provided in the email.
The URL provided will be different for each customer (SOCIO number), so please be careful not to make a mistake during the procedure.
*It will be sent to the email address registered as of Nov 1 (Tue).
*If you have domain settings, please disable them to receive emails from "refundss@pia.co.jp".
*Emails may arrive in the spam folder, so if you do not receive an email, please check your spam folder as well.
Regarding Login ID and Password
Login ID is set as "to (lowercase half-width) + 2022 + your SOCIO number".
(Example) If the SOCIO number is 00000 → to202200000
The password is set to "the postal code (without hyphen) of your registered address as of Nov 1 (Tue)".
(Example) In the case of postal code 182-0034 → 1820034
※If you enter your login ID or password incorrectly three times, your account will be locked. If your account is locked, please contact us by filling out the necessary information in the "Inquiry about Refunds" section.

If there was a donation deduction from the Sports Agency that was provided as a special measure for the 2020 season, it will not be applicable from the 2021 season onwards. Therefore, please understand that we will not be sending a certificate of refund to those who have declined the refund.
