Delivery of □ Annual Tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following information.

▷Recruitment starts ~ Dec 22, 2022 (Thu) for those who have made payment and for pair seats only
⇒Annual ticket sets will be sent sequentially starting from Feb 9 (Thu)

※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for the items to be shipped sequentially.
※Please note that you cannot specify the delivery date or time before delivery.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a delivery notice in your mailbox or similar location. Please contact the phone number listed on the delivery notice and arrange for redelivery.


▷For those who make a payment after December 23, 2022 (Fri)
⇒The delivery will be made at the game venue of home games after the Urawa Reds match on February 18 (Sat).

Please note that it may take some time for delivery, so please understand in advance.
We will inform the relevant parties separately once the date, time, and location of the pick-up are determined.


For those who apply for OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP at the same time
▼For those who apply for Big Frame Premium at the same time
⇒The complete set of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership card will be delivered separately in a "special box".

▼BETO Frame Regular U-18 simultaneous application
⇒We will send you a set of membership cards along with the annual tickets.
※If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.


Regarding the "20th Anniversary SOCIO Commemorative Uniform"
For those who have made the payment by January 13 (Fri) during the application period, it will be shipped separately.
For those who make a deposit after January 14 (Sat), we will hand over the annual ticket set at the game venue.
