□Delivery of annual tickets
Regarding the delivery of annual tickets, please see the following and thank you.

▷Recruitment starts until Dec 22, 2022 (Thu) for those who have only paid and those who have only pair seats
⇒Annual tickets will be sent sequentially from Feb 9 (Thu)

※Please note that it may take up to 1 week from the above shipping date for the items to be shipped sequentially.
※Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date or time before delivery.
※If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery company (Yamato Transport) will leave a notification slip in your mailbox, etc. Please contact the phone number listed on the notification slip and proceed with redelivery.


▷For those who have made payment after December 23, 2022 (Friday)
⇒The tickets will be available for pick-up at the home game venue after the Urawa Reds match on February 18 (Saturday).

Please note that it may take some time for delivery, so please understand in advance.
We will inform you separately about the date, time, and location of the pick-up.


For those who apply for OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP at the same time
▼For those who apply for Big Frame Premium at the same time
⇒The set of OFFICIAL MEMBERSHIP membership cards will be delivered in a special box.

▼For those who apply for Big Frame Regular or U-18 at the same time
⇒The set of membership cards will be included in the annual ticket and sent to you.
※If you have not applied at the same time, they will be sent separately.


＜About "20th Anniversary SOCIO Commemorative Uniform"＞
For those who have made payment by January 13th (Friday), we will send it separately.
For those who make a deposit after January 14 (Sat), we will hand over the annual ticket set at the game venue.
