＜Competition Method＞
(1) Both Division A and Division B will have a 10-team league (2nd Round) matches. (Home/Away matches will be as close to 5:4 as possible) The bottom 3 teams in Division 1 will be automatically relegated to Division B, and the top team from each block in Division B will be automatically promoted to Division 1. The 2nd place teams from each block in Division B will compete in a promotion playoff, and the winner will be promoted to Division 1. The bottom 2 teams (total of 4 teams) will be automatically relegated to the prefectural league, and the top 4 teams from the Kanto Entry Tournament will be automatically promoted to Division B.
(2) Depending on the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, if there is a single round-robin match, promotion and relegation will be carried out as described above. The ranking will be determined as follows.

A win is worth 3 points, a draw is worth 1 point, and a loss is worth 0 points. The team with the most points is ranked higher.
