＜Name＞
2023 Tokyo International Youth (U-14) Football Tournament
To improve the athletic ability and mutual understanding of youth players (14 years old and under), and to promote interaction with disaster-affected areas, the "Tokyo International Youth (U-14) Soccer Tournament" has been held since 2008. The 13th tournament in 2023 will bring together 12 teams, including 4 from overseas, at the J-VILLAGE Stadium in Fukushima Prefecture. This will be the first time for overseas teams to participate since the 2019 tournament.

Tournament Format
The tournament will be conducted in two stages: the first round (group stage) and the second round (knockout stage). It will follow a two-round system.
[Match Time]
1. The first round will be 50 minutes (25 minutes per half), and the halftime interval will be 10 minutes. In the case of a tie within the designated time, it will be considered a draw.
2. 2nd round (knockout format) will be 50 minutes (25 minutes per half), with a halftime interval of 10 minutes. In the event of a tie within the allotted time, the winner will be determined by a penalty shootout.
