[Notice from Tokyo] Survey on Improving Wellness for Working Women

FC Tokyo has signed a comprehensive collaboration agreement, the "Wide Collaboration Agreement," with Tokyo, its hometown, in March 2023, and is working together to further develop the capital city of Tokyo and improve services for its citizens in various fields.

□ Notice from Tokyo
Physical and mental health issues unique to women such as menstruation, PMS (premenstrual syndrome), menopausal symptoms, and hormonal imbalances after childbirth can be a hurdle for women to continue working and thriving.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government will collect a wide range of voices on workplace environment issues, raise awareness among companies and employees through the dissemination of good examples, and create a movement to improve the wellness (physical and mental health) of working women.
The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is conducting a "Wellness Improvement Project for Working Women" to promote awareness and education on health issues specific to women and the balance between work and personal life. As part of this project, we are conducting a survey for human resources and labor personnel at companies in Tokyo, as well as female employees working in Tokyo. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
