□Competition Method
(1) A knockout tournament will be held, dividing 64 teams into 4 blocks of 16 teams each, and the top team from each block will earn the right to participate in the national tournament.
(2) The match duration shall be 80 minutes (40 minutes per half). Additionally, the interval between halves (from the end of the first half to the start of the second half) shall be 10 minutes as a general rule. If the match is not decided within the designated time, an extra time of 20 minutes (10 minutes per half) shall be played after a 5-minute break. If the match is still not decided, the winner shall be determined by a penalty kick.
(3) If the game is interrupted due to bad weather, and the game has passed 30 minutes in the second half and cannot be resumed, the game will be considered complete with the result at that time.
(In case of a tie, a lottery will be held) If the game is interrupted and cannot be resumed before that, the remaining time will be played again, but if the game is impossible to continue due to various circumstances, it will be decided by lottery.
In case of a match with remaining time, the players will be the same as those at the time of interruption.
