□About the results of the lottery
・In case of a large number of applications, we will hold a lottery.
・We will inform you of the results by email by Jan 17 (Wed).
・Please make sure to set your email to receive messages from 'event@fctokyoparkfuchu.jp'.
※We will also send an email in case of not being selected.
※If you do not receive an email after Jan 17 (Wed), please contact the facility.
・The email address and phone number you have entered will be used to contact you regarding the tournament.
□About Cancellation
・Cancellation is only accepted by phone.
<Cancellation Fee>
・Until Jan 31 (Wed) 22:00, there will be no cancellation fee.
・From Feb 1 (Thu) to Feb 7 (Wed) 22:00, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tournament participation fee will be charged.
・From Feb 8 (Thu) to the day of the tournament, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tournament participation fee will be charged.
※Please note that calls made outside of business hours or during the New Year's holiday will not be connected.
□Notes
・This is not a competition to win or lose, but a tournament to enjoy moving your body. Please participate with respect for your teammates and opponents.
・Spikes are not allowed. Please participate with training shoes, futsal shoes, etc.
※Rental shoes are available for 500 yen per pair. Limited quantity available.
・Bringing your own ball and using it outside the court is prohibited. ※We will provide it at the facility.
・We recommend wearing leg guards for safety.
・During play, please remove accessories such as rings and necklaces. (Smart watches are also not allowed) ※Only sports glasses are allowed.
・We are not responsible for accidents, lost or damaged valuables, etc. at this facility, so please understand.
・Bringing alcohol or alcohol is prohibited.
・There is no smoking area on the rooftop.
・Photos and videos taken during the event may be posted on various advertising media, facility websites, staff blogs, etc. to introduce FC Tokyo's activities, so please understand in advance.
